Either go through drive thru or these idiots will ignore you and you'll never get service. Taco Bell is famous all over for this garbage and it needs to stop. A second and third time with this exact thing has since happened, DECLINE deliveries from this sh1thole

Friendly service. Slow to respond when I'm line in the drive thru.Even at lunch time, somehow the taco shells were stale.. also - the last two times visiting, weeks between each other, there was no ice...
The food was okay. The ice machine was broken, so no cold beverages. What really upset me was while myself, my dad, and two children sat eating our food we heard an employee standing at the register ask her co worker if she was being a B****. The kids heard and it was very unprofessional.
Closing times are not correct. Team members Mocked just from the inside of their warm, safe abode. Just wanted yum yum time after a long day. Cant say I’ll be coming back when they won’t serve me and my kids.(Still Taco Bell. So good food)
I went to taco bell tonight and it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. My late night pregnancy craving is their mexican pizza. I was told they were out of the shells for the pizza, so I asked for a crunch wrap supreme and they could give me that?? I was confused how I could get a crunch wrap supreme when the middle of it is literally the shells of a mexican pizza? Night was RUINED and was very upset my late night pregnancy craving could not be fulfilled. The guy at the register was nice about it even though I was highly upset.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited in line for 30 minutes to try and order 3 PLAIN tacos and a cheese quesadilla with no sauce. The only thing they got right was the cinnamon twists. I don’t have the time to go back and wait for them to try and get it right. So paid 12$ for cinnamon twists. Will never be coming back to this location again. I wouldn’t waist your time and money either.
Taco Bell has gotten more expensive as of late but so has all food. These guys always get my meat substitutions correct and provide fast service. Unlike other branches they seem to be keeping enough staff to stay open. Bring back shredded chicken!
I haven’t been to Taco Bell in years but stop by after a Costco trip across the street and it did not disappoint. The food tasted great; a nice quick stop.
Typically only have time to go to Taco Bell an hour before closing. This is the type of spot to close early every time. If you try to go between 11:30-12 they will most certainly close early. So far I’m 0/5 when trying to do so. If you’re not going to be open then change your hours. I’ve seen employees just hanging out in their lobby. Literally getting paid to not make food at the end of the night. This is the worst Taco Bell in Fort Collins lazy staff and management obviously does not give 1 F if you know what I mean. If I go back again I’ll be sure to update this with a photo of employees just sitting around.
Worst taco bell I have ever been too. Last night 45 mi uses before closing I was at ur drive thru but there was nobody to take my order I understand closing 5 mins early but 45! You should fire the manager on duty they are losing your restaurant money
