Yep I lost the coin toss this time! That's for sure.Well... unless you're one of those few, strange folk, who actually prefer soft "crunchy tacos" for some unexplainable reason!? Did ya hear me? Wasn't even given the courtesy of a regular incorrect order of "soft tacos"... I was given a whole new item, the now Infamous "SOFT - Crunchy Taco". And not just one. Oh no! I was generously given 5.. But of course, I paid for 7 of em!So yeah, thank you so much for that, my brother and I THOROUGHLY ENJOY eating soggy dog food, that we wouldn't even give my dog!

Awesome experience this time around. And am grateful for the staff here today. If you kind of gave up on Taco bell like I did for awhile there. Then come in here. Let them know and they will make it right right away. It's a good place compared to some of the others I've frequented recently. I am truly satisfied. Thank you all

Wish I could give zero stars. Obviously the people behind the counter making the food last night were dirty, used the restroom and didn’t wash their hands. You’d think during the time of Covid they would have better food handling. Do you even teach food safety anymore or is it just hire whomever for a warm body to cook and ring up customers? My partner and I have been violently ill since the middle of the night. We frequent this location all the time, I haven’t gotten sick from their food, until last night. I’ve contacted the health department and I wouldn’t eat here until they remedy the filthy employees who don’t seem to care that food safety is so important. Until you guys get someone real sick or kill them.
Literally just had a transcendent experience at this place.The inside and outside of this building are immaculate. It looks like a nice sit down restaurant on the inside.The food was not only fresh, but everything we ordered was stuffed with filling, more so than I've ever had at a taco bell.We had to wait longer than im used to for fast food, but with staff shortages it's not unexpected.i would've waited longer for food that good.Thank you fancy taco bell. I love you
The last three times I’ve ordered DoorDash from this place my order is always wrong . My bag a food smells like pot. Called them today to ask what they can do for me someone answers and then answers their personal phone instead while I’m still on the line listening to their conversation. The proceeds to tell another customer “fuck off you’re not allowed here.
The experience we had at this taco bell was so bad it was comical. My boyfriend and I went through the first time and ordered a cheesey gordita crunch combo, the order came out on time and everything was there, but there was one problem…… the bag was soaked in nasty water. The bottom of the bag was wet and had little speck of dirt inside. How? I have no clue, but we went back through to get our order remade and decided to order 3 spicy potatoe soft tacos while we were there. We get up to the window and as a courtesy they gave me cinamon twists with my order which I appreciated. After checking the second bag, I noticed we were missing a soft taco and when we asked the drive thru worker for our third taco. Mans replied with “I don’t know how to help you out, do you want some cinnamon twists?” We just took the cinnamon twists and left not wanting to deal with them anymore. My soul: drained. My heart: broken. My taco bag: empty.
I'm here right now. These guys seemed to have been trained to clear the drive through before handling in store orders. Since the drive through never clears, I've been here for a very long time. They also don't want to talk to you or acknowledge your presence in any way. So it's difficult to cancel your order also if you want to leave. So here we are. At Taco Bell. There was a guy in here before we ever came in. He was here for awhile before we arrived. He came up to me while I was attempting to ask about our order and he said that he was going to try to go through the drive through to get his order since it seemed like that was the way to go. He left and never came back. They called his order about 15 minutes after he left...another guy that had been sitting there for a while said he'd take it ?? Go through the drive through or order through the app, I guess!
Can i give a 0 star?Literally sitting in drivethru line right now, after 20min still not past the order point. And i shouldnt even need to, why cant i walk into pick up my order?? The big ol banner says COME ON IN ??!?This food better be correct and edible.Who'd want to apply for a job here w all these reviews .....
Whoever runs this TB needs training. They should start by taking down the giant banner "Dine in Open, Come on in", because the front and side doors were locked. If they are going to close the drive thru, how about putting up a sign explaining to your customers? If you are only accepting door dash/pick up orders don't lock your doors and perhaps have someone attend the drive thru window? Furthermore, since you have only online ordering, you could please make sure the orders are correct and complete. I was missing half my order. Fort Collins if you want Taco Bell go to the one over by the Hobby Lobby, well worth the extra 5 min drive.
