Had a great meal here tonight, very nice atmosphere and the food was superb. Took a little bit for our order, but this is beautifully crafted cuisine as you can see by the Dragon Roll. Service by Rene was fantastic! The Dynamite Bowl was unlike anything else I've had and is a must try! Fried green tea ice cream for dessert? Yes, please!
I love Jeju. A favorite standby in Old Town. I recommend the salmon shioyaki, the bulgogi, the shrimp shumai appetizer, and the spicy beef ramen are a few of my favs. Staff is always friendly and the food is consistently good!
Never got the Volcano roll we ordered as appetizer. Didn't know it wasn't coming until our bento boxes finally arrived. So hungry at that point and happy to have food we didn't say anything. Only 3 other tables at noon on Saturday. Drove in from Cheyenne for my mother's Day lunch.
Absolutely the worst sushi experience I have ever had. For me sushi is all about the experience and quality of the food combined with service. I ate here over a year ago and the experience was very good.. I am sad to see both quality and service have deteriorated to what can only be described as a disgusting experience. When we entered the waitress looked like she could care less weather we entered the building or not and told us to "sit wherever." We chose a table near the fireplace and it was broken and wobbled. When we stood to go to another table, the waitress saw us and rolled her eyes at the chef. When we ordered her responses where, "Cool, OK\." Very unprofessional. When Our order began to show up she dropped 3 bowls of COLD Miso soup down and walked off. COLD soup ? When she came back she asked if everything was ok and we said NO, the soups cold and she stared at us like it was our fault. We had to ask her to re heat it, Miso should be fresh made before service if its cold, no one knows how old it is. Its the simplest thing to make. I ordered a Hamchi kama appetizer , It was way to large and was taken directly from the freezer to be cooked and not thawed because it was raw sticking to the bone on the inside and wet warm on the outside. as for the sushi itself, it was warm and mushy and had a less than fresh odor. I eat sushi three times a week visiting places all over the world, this is the first time I almost got sick trying to eat it. The price definitely did not match the quality. I could have had a belter experience buying it from a supermarket. At least the service would have been better and the fish prepared by someone who was wearing a hair net. There are other sushi places in Fort Collins. I recommend trying them before wasting time getting parking, paying for location over service and the possibility of really getting Ill.
Such Delicious food. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Shrimp killer was killer. Tempura was so-so.
Sushi and kitchen items were both excellent! Very friendly welcome from host but unfortunately we didn’t see much of our waiter during our meal. Some tables nearby were getting much more attention from a different server so maybe next time it will be better? Overall the food made up for the parts were service lacked.
Last night my wife and I finally decided to dine in after constantly seeing the restaurant full on our way downtown. Happy to say that this is now one of our new favorite places to eat! Service was spectacular!!!! Our server was attentive and recommended some fabulous sushi rolls! We will definitely be returning for our next sushi fix!
Love the food, sea weed salad is the best!!!Also love how friendly and informative the staff service is.Definitely a regular place we visit.
Service was garbage. Step up your game or go away like the rest. Your class and Quality is gone. A thing of the past.
Great variety of food, and stellar service. Came here to celebrate birthday and graduation. Great time, great food, every staff person stopped in to congratulate us. We will come again.
