Went to Starbucks a boy and returned a man. Sassy Barista made it clear to me that my love of raspberry syrup was not only misguided but deeply flawed. I don't know if the problem lies within the color itself, or deeper raspberry issues, but one thing is certain, It's wrong to ask if it's still available at this time.I wish all of you a merry Christmas, Unless you enjoy raspberry products...

I usually come to this Starbucks 5 days a week before I go to work, but lately the girls here have been extremely slow and unkind. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never had such bad customer service. I’ve tried ordering ahead as well because I also work in food service and understand that sometimes it’s just busy and the waits are a little longer. But it’s been multiple days I’ve come 10-15 minutes after my order ahead was supposed to be ready and these girls won’t even be making it yet. When I told the girl it was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago she just rolled her eyes and told me when my drink is ready it will be at the end of the bar. ??♀️ I’ve also had the problem with them making the frappuccinos will be either to much coffee and not enough ice or the other way around. When you get the same coffees all the time you can tell when you get barista that doesn’t know what she’s doing. Thanks I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
