I was so impressed by the customer service and friendly faces. While I was waiting for my drink, an elderly lady holding two canes walked in and almost in harmony everyone said “hi Ms Joyce!” A younger gentleman came from around the corner and gave her a hug, asked her how she was feeling, and then that they should set up a time to get a coffee together.This is the kind of kindness, bonding with the community and customer service that the world needs right now. I hope you are ev valuing these employees at the Starbucks on Drake and Shield, they are excellent! I manage a local group a salon so I’m a super appreciative of seeing kind people in a customer service atmosphere. Well done!

The two lovely barista‘s working today around 4:20 PM were absolutely delightful. I was asking about a toasted vanilla oatmilk latte and the barista helped me out and described it to me and then gave me some to try and it was delicious! I’ve always love this location but now it’s my favorite!! thank you so much to them!!
No Drive Through. It's fine. It is a Starbucks. The staff is friendly. The coffee is Starbuxy. It is a relaxing place to do some work or wait for a meeting.
Excellent service. My flat white was awesome. Many baristas think it's the same as a latte.
Okay location, the one thing that is terrible is their hours. They always close at 2pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and today is Sunday and I stopped by around 3:30pm and there is another note on the building stating it’s closed…AGAIN. They’re always closing early all of the time, so for that reason they receive low stars.The evening crew is the best. The morning crew that give out orders are all pretty unwelcoming.
