The place is like an upscale Subway, food was excellent, large menu, clean and a nice dining area. I will be going back.
I love going here since it's close to my job and have always had great experiences, last time however I think they had one or teo new people and the guy really didn't seem like he wanted to be there let alone engage with me. He didn't wash his hands from returning from the backroom and kept touching his face and apron while putting together the orders before and after me.
A big shout out to the Link Lane management staff working lunch Tuesday, January 25th. My little lady had her heart set on the Clam Chowder soup that was being offered that day, which was a real treat as it is usually only offered on Fridays and we aren't available to make it to town on that day from our mountain home. We were told the Clam Chowder was heating and it wouldn't be very long before it was ready, but it turned out to be quite the wait. Since we had waited then finished the rest of our meal and it still wasn't ready, I requested a refund for the soup. There was a problem with processing the refund and was told they would settle up with me by the end of the day. I received a call not long after we left and was told that for the inconvenience points were added to my account allowing my family to come in for a meal on them. I was blown away by such a gracious way to handle the situation and it only adds to our love of Spoons and its outstanding customer service. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
Stick with Panera if you live closer to that side of town. Link lane location food is always cold when you pick it up even when ordering something warm. The website for ordering is inaccurate when it says Sandwich and Salad combo. It shows a picture of a full sandwich and half size salad, and in the description never mentions anything about a half sandwich. They need to update the description or picture to not be misleading.Always check your order, they almost always forget substitutions or additions, but still charge you. Or miss an item altogether.Very overpriced for what you get in terms of quantity and quality.
I have been going to Spoons for sometime now. The food is amazing! The staff is super friendly and kitchen is clean and neat! Price is great what you get! The Soups are my favorite! Thanks for always having friendly team members and great atmosphere!
Spoons is delicious but make sure you double check your order. Forgot to do it this time around and they charged me for a cookie they never gave me. Sort of thing happens too often unfortunately.
I really like this place the bad review isn’t about the quality of the food or service. But I’d like to know why you can not give out samples because If is have been able to sample what I thought I’d like I would not have gotten it. You say because of COVID. Giving a sample is no more contact then serving the order it’s not like people hand you the sample cups back.
Oh my the chipotle chicken sandwich is the best! Soup was good but the sandwich was wow good! Heading there now ;)
Good sandwiches, that said, bring your wallet.... its about $20 for a small soup and sandwich.Id come here more if i could afford it.
I ordered from DoorDash and wrote my special request as “make it with love please” and Spoons did not disappoint. Even left me a note :) also very yummy soup
