I think that was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had, maybe. I waited 10 mins or so and thought they were making everything fresh, but the chicken sandwich and the mozzarella sticks were barely warm. The mozzarella sticks were good once I heated them, but the sandwich was just bad. Server was nice, though!

Never gets our order right, and I mean never!!! The owner will not fix issues per employees, and it shows when you drive up.
Very friendly, fast and speedy. My order was exact. Tasted very good.
Always slow. Half the time the order is wrong. No stalls open so have to go through the drive thru.
I worked for this place for about a month now and just walked out on them ! Very rude management and made me feel I could do nothing right ! They talk behind your back and the girls who have been here for God knows how many years think they can do no wrong ! They will belittle you make you feel like less of a person and I never encourage anyone to try to work for these people ! Rude don't care about the customers and show very little care for the food ! Horrible place !
Pressed the red button to order and was told that you don't serve the cheese wraps anymore. That was fine, but I had to call who I was ordering for so I asked the friendly lady who answered first if I could press again when I am ready. She said that was fine. The next person that answered when I pressed the button, her name was Hailey. She was extremely and loudly rude while I was trying to place my order and would not listen to me. As small as it is the way she spoke to me was so rude it made me extremely anxious, and we all know ordering food can be hard for some people as it is. I was respectful, there was no need for Hailey to be so rude to me. I even thanked her and got no response. I don't care what's happening- I'd never treat my own customers like that. Super disappointed.
My kids and i came in for a drink yesterday morning, the experience was good except our carhop girl. Edny was her name. She was very rude. I tried to get her attention for something that was missing and all i got in return was an eye roll and she continued walking. With a sick child i did not have time to deal with it. Just very disappointed.
Love this Sonic. The franchise owner works the cars to keep an eye on the quality. Love that. Addicted to their brewed Ice Tea.
Most of the food was good except for the bbq chicken. The bbq chicken tasted like it was under a shelf somewhere for a while. Friendly waitress and speedy service.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. It was great.But I had trouble understanding the lady on the intercom. Speakers are poor quality and she was talking very fast.
