Bad first experience. Came in today and it was just excuses. Won't be back

This place is awful!! I have frequented this smoothie shop since they opened and today will be the last time I, or anyone I know, will ever support this horrendous company. My brother and I ordered 3 smoothies and were met with extreme disrespect and an intolerable temperament from the employees, including the girl who berated my brother xue to her incompetence when he inquired if the smoothie on the counter was his. This might be the only business I've been to where customers are deemed an annoyance and are rushed out the door. You've just lost 2 very loyal customers.

First time I tried it, and really liked it. I got the Vanilla Coffee smoothie thing, and added strawberry protein, Greek yogurt and strawberries. All very good.

This place is hit or miss, Depending on who's making your smoothie. If you're watching your calories and sugar intake and getting a smoothie for health reasons beware. You might end up with a sugary juice that is twice the size you asked for. Then you wasted $10 and have to go home and make your own smoothie. But when they get it right, it's great.

Doordash never brought me my order. So basically I paid 34$ for the dasher to have something good. Was parked it local rest area in Fort collins,, Colorado an no product receivedThis is horrible to do things of this nature to customers. It's no fault to Smoothie King I bet there smoothies are really good cuz if it's so good for a dasher to take it an not deliver it it's gotta be awesome..

Currently a frustrating place to go because of the current ownership. Over the years it had declined & more recently rapidly. Just poor customer service & rude service from staff. Besides the fact the smoothies itself have declined in taste. They even mentioned it’s hard to keep staff employee & I kinda understand why now.

Friendly good smoothie will return

Just spent $27 dollars on 2 smoothies and they were pretty much juice, very very very watery and barley had any flavor.

Terrible employees .rude people

We’re in a mask mandate this location doesn’t care. Employees that don’t know how to wear masks correctly. Managers that freely walks in w/o masks. And they allow Chads and Karen’s to walk freely with out masks.Top that off they give you a lot less smoothie than other places. I would skip this location and go to a different smoothie location.Edited for the owners response:The employees were wearing their masks under their nose. These new variants have more potency in one's nostrils than the mouth. It's important for health protocols to make sure masks are worn correctly. When I walked in there were some other customers there. I also am confused as if you take the pandemic seriously why do not not have a sign listing mask required?You're correct it sounds like an excuse. It sounds like lack of empathy towards others safety.
