Good lawd $30 for a large cheese or pepperoni pizza? A pizza that was $20 last month. Did the rent go up drastically? Pizza is grab and go street food, didn’t realize inflation caused pizza to go up in price by 50%. I certainly hope it’s the rent at least, because the quality of the pizza is still the same (heartburn). I always argue that Slyce has some of the better pizza in town. Guess I can’t afford to go anymore though, maybe if I start making big bucks I can return…nice knowing ya Slyce

Food was delivered so reviewing 100% based on food. While passing through town found this place online and thought I'd give it a try.Ordered the Chicken Pena pizza with pretzel bread crust and an order of the garlic cheese bread. I won't lie the pizza was very good and crust was great. I would definitely eat that again. The cheese bread was also good, got a marinara and honey sauce for dipping and both were good but nothing i haven't had before. I was hoping the honey had someSpices or something but it's just a good honey.Again no complaints on the pizza or ingredients, they definitely know what they are doing! The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of a solid 5 stars was the price. $50, not including any other fees, for a 12" pizza and cheese bread is a smidge too much. While i would say i would gladly eat this again without any questions i can't justify spending that much for what is a very good pizza, not great but definitely good pizza!

I was introduced to Slyce about 4 years ago when you could get a 20 inch cheese or pepperoni pizza for $16. Their pizzas were amazingly good at that time, always full of toppings and blew away everywhere else in town. Then I watched as the price for the same 20 inch pizza went up to $20. It was still a great deal and the pizza was still pretty great, so I continued being an almost weekly customer. Then recently, within the last year, they increased the price of a 20-inch pie by a whopping 50%, jacking it up from $20 to $30. Even for the pizza they were making, this was a bit overpriced and frankly an abhorrent price increase. Another problem I have noticed is a slight bit more inconsistency in the pizzas I was getting. Occasionally one would have too few toppings, with bare crust showing through on significant areas of the pizza. Sometimes the crust itself would have an off taste as if something went wrong with the dough. I notice these things as a longtime eater of MANY Slyce pizzas. The result is that I get pizza from Slyce a lot less frequently now than I did 2-3 years ago. I've taken more to making my own homemade pizzas and occasionally even try a certain other joint in town which is a nice alternative. It boils down to evaluating what you get for the money. I've noticed some consistency problems and MASSIVE price increases that haven't brought any actual increase in the quality of what used to be $16.I hope this review stands as a brief history on what Slyce was like over the last 4 years. Things have changed. Their pizza is still good most of the time, but it doesn't demand my business any more for the reasons outlined above. Maybe rich people can tolerate such price increases. I cannot as easily.

Pizza is legit. They even had a Mexican pizza which I really enjoyed (my wife did not). The pepperoni was one of the best that either of us have ever had! The sauce is next level.

Great place for late night pizza slices or lunch. Pretty neat layout, community tables, spacious dining and always a variety of pizzas ready for choosing. Customer service was great as well! The only reason for the missing 5th star was that my slices seemed a bit on the dry-side. I had the BBQ Pineapple and the Pepperoni and Sausage slice. They were awesome! They may have been sitting out for a while before I got there. I’d go back though for a late night bite to eat!

This is really really good pizza. I'm from NJ/NY and this is honestly some of the best pizza I've had outside of the NY/NJ area. BUT sometime in the recent few months their prices skyrocketed to that a 20" cheese, no other toppings, is $30 (+tax or fee, somehow my orders get to $34.25) where orders a few months ago were $23. I get that the price of cheese etc. is going up, but a 30%+ price hike is wild. As much as I love this pizza, I have to cool it otherwise my wallet is going to take a hit. And I was 3 pizzas away from a free pizza :/

I have been coming here pretty regularly for about a year now. I have never had a bad experience, the slices are big and taste great. They aren’t super expensive and the one time my slice was overcooked, I was given a card for a free slice. Amazing customer service and great pizza.

Staff here are awesome. The pizza is okay but comparably better than other spots in the town. The crust had really good flavor. I would try them again if in a pinch. They have a pretty extensive beer list filled with local breweries.

I love their pizzas, but the prices are out of control. Used to be $12 for a large cheese, and now it has gone up to $30!! I know costs are up, but that’s outrageous and I’m not willing to pay it.

Quick stop for an already prepared slice of pizza or put your order in for your own pizza.
