Stopped in here for the first time time, good menu of cold and hot sandwiches to choose from as well as drinks and chips.Cashier was friendly and professional in taking my order and had a roast beef warm sandwich ready in less then 10 minutes.Dining area inside, outdoor seating and sub was good as well.
If you want a quality sandwich for the same price or cheaper go to cheba hut. If you want subway quality sandwiches save yourself some money and just go to subway. Not sure how Silver mine is still in business.***REPLY TO OWNER***And yet it is still better quality than your bread. You guys realize subway bakes their bread in house too? Certainly doesn’t make it very good either. Next time I want to spend $18 on a sandwich with stale crumbly bread mushy grainy tomato slices and brown withered vegetables with hardly any meat I’ll stop by. Look into making a better product if you’re gonna charge that much.
So I really don't know where to start. I enjoy and order frequently. Just ordered he got here to deliver.(I have a Texas Heeler, have signs up that say BEWARE OF DOG.). Heard him bark went outside found driver standing outside fence. Telling me I should have warned him. Asked if he could read. He told me I still should have warned him.. Food good delivery lacking.
Fresh, delicious subs! Bread was great, all ingredients very tasty, and the food was ready before we even finished filling up our drinks! But by far the best part was the super friendly and helpful staff! The two ladies who helped us were excellent. Give them a raise! We will definitely be back!
I must say, I do enjoy a good sandwich and Silver Mine did not disappoint. Fresh bread, great ingredients and speedy service. We ate inside and our table was clean and without a layer of stickiness; that tends to be the common practice everywhere else now a days. Good on you Silver mine, we will be back
I called Slivermine at 1281 E Magnolia and was told we were not in the delivery area. They have delivered to us in the past. After I got off the phone I looked at a menu that was mailed out to us fairly recently because the coupons don't expire until December 2021. According to the map on the menu we are in the delivery area. Rather than check into this for me or ask management I was given attitude and blown off. I'm disappointed because I liked their subs but there are other places that do deliver to me and I will give them my business.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.My fiancé and I were trying to place an order for delivery and the person who answered the phone was very rude. We decided not to give Silver Mine Subs our business. I work in the food industry myself and I would NEVER talk to a customer or give him/her an attitude like this person did to us.
I only know of this location, I am not speaking for the franchise but I requested "curbside delivery" upon ordering my sub, which indicates that an employee will be walking my food to my car for a quick mostly contactless pickup. When I called and told the employee that I had arrived and was "waiting in the parking lot" they said they would be out in a minute because the order was in fact ready. After waiting 5 minutes, which was two minutes after my original pickup ready time, I decided to just go inside and this is when they told me "we don't have curbside delivery". If you don't have curbside delivery, don't make it an option on the online ordering process! I have no problem walking in and getting my food, but tell me that I need to do so!Also both of the hot sandwiches I ordered were cold, untoasted and mushy. Worst sandwich I've ever had. I will go anywhere else next time!
My delivery guy was hella cute so 5/5 stars? & the sandwich was pretty good, I just wish they toasted their bread :(
