I’ve never tried Rita’s until moving to Foco and now I can’t eat any other ice cream! The shop is always clean and the employees are friendly. Definitely a must try

I agree that the prices were bit of a sticker shock and the quality has gone downhill. I have been to Rita's in Virginia and Highlands Ranch, CO (now closed) and I recall the custard being really creamy! This latest stop wasn't creamy at all. It was super airy, almost puffy and it tasted like cool whip. Not going back! $32 for 4 desserts that didn't even taste that good???
It was $6.99 + tax for small gelato. It was a surprise. I understand inflation but I don’t think it worth that much. I will rather go somewhere else.
The workers at Rita’s were so nice. This is the best gelati in the Fort Collins area for sure

$7 and some change for a tiny ice cream cone. I understand Covid and such price changes. But that is a complete rip off. Maybe for the Italian ice. Certainly not worth $7 for a tiny ice cream cone. I’ll go across the street to McDonald’s and get 7 of them next time.
I was really excited to try out this establishment yesterday. I walked in and there was no one at the counter but I could hear people in the back talking. My husband and I looked at the menu for 5 minutes or so and still no one came out to greet us. I saw a staff member peak their head by the window leading into the back yet they still didn't come out to greet us. We left and I honestly don't think I'll be going back.
Great choice of flavors! Soft service is excellent! Can't wait to go back!
I paid 9 dollars for literally 3 tiny scoops of custard. plus I left a 2 dollar tip and then they tried to charge me for a couple of sprinkles. I used to go here last year all the time and now they're extremely stingy. Cold stone over this place anyday. DONT GO HERE!!!
