Wait staff was awesome. Super friendly and she knew the menu well. The pineapple upside down cake shake was amazing. However, my date and I were not fans of the food. Not one thing we ordered got finished, besides the shakes. This was our first time going and sadly, we didn't like the food enough to be willing to give it another shot.

Chloe and Peyton SAVED my order! They were double checking Togo orders and caught my burger was in someone else's bag and pulled it out, they were very accommodating to my dairy/egg allergy by redoing my salad because it had cheese and croutons on it. I was very pleased with their service, and sitting at home eating I can say our food was great as always! Thanks Peyton and Chloe!
This was a great experience. I sat at the bar, as I was by myself, and Carly was working her tail off! That didn't stop her from being attentive. She has a great attitude, and personality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or food. It was yummy!I've wrote on my check that Carly was awesome and hope that her manager saw it. She deserves a raise!
Hadn't been in long time. Took my granddaughter today she had regular cheese burger and I had the Smokehouse Brisket Burger. Granddaughter asked how was I ever going to fit in my mouth?! I said first you squash I'd down and when I did that!! Everything fell out the sides. She had a great laugh!!
Me and my wife love Red Robins Fort Collins. The Staff has always been friendly and the food is awesome.Yet yesterday evening at 8.15pm we went to get dinner. A young lady welcomed us at the reception and showed us to a table that we did not like and requested a booth. She seemed annoyed at the request and said she has to clean a booth when there were many that were clean and available. She then wiped the booth and asked us to take our seats. We sat on extremely wet seats full of water! The table was full of water!!We were shocked at the rudeness of this young lady. Maybe she felt we as Indians did not deserve to make a seat request.I tried to dry the seats with two paper towels we had but it was so wet that it hardly made a difference. So we just got up and left.On our way out we told the young lady she was rude to have treated us that way. All she said was Good night!! No apology.It's sad we have to stop going to our favorite burger place!
Had a lovely family celebration here after a long day of graduation festivities. No reservations available but my 6 were seated quickly and service was attentive and accurate. Everyone enjoyed various appetizers, burgers and beverages. I like being able to offset the carbs with yummy fresh veg! Waitstaff were friendly and seemed happy.?
Hannah was very attentive and very happy. She even made me smile after a rough day. However, I don't remember the burgers being so small. The fries were the same and very good. The rest of my party had drinks and beer and said they were good also.
Our family enjoys having a meal here. They have great customer service and great attitude! The food is really good and they always get our orders right! We will be returning soon, thanks for the great service!
Showed up around 3:45PM and place had maybe 12 guest seated in the bar area. No host awaiting to seat us so we waited. 2 waitress in bar area both on the phones the whole time.After waiting for 7 to 8 minutes we left after no one to seat us. Always love eating here but we will not bother coming back for a while.
The manager made our day and the wait staff Excellent. Everytime we go there it's like we are joining family! It's such a good feeling everytime we go there! We have seen people come and go and you would think that it should take on one of those other Eateries that are just normal but it's just not like that here.Kudos to everyone here! We love this place no doubt!!!
