Great place to dine. Service was absolutely superb.

Always a great experience! Highly recommend their choice charcuterie board (their burrata is a MUST!) and the New York strip. They’ve modified their menu a bit recently & I’d say it’s more family friendly/Italian American food than the previous traditional Italian style.

Pleasant experience. Service wasn't exactly matching the price point, however the food was superb and the wine selection was varied.Open kitchen concept, outdoor and bar seating.

The atmosphere is charismatic and the staff is welcoming. Apart from having great homemade Italian dishes their steak is so delicious.Their bunch menu is simple and tasty.

We went to Rare for a family reunion dinner and had the absolute BEST service and food EVER. Our server Brody was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu. The food was divine and the atmosphere was perfect for spending time with the people you love. Thank you RARE for one of the best nights out we have had in a long time!

We had reservations at 8:15. Our drink and appetizer order was taken, but, then a large party came in and they took precedence over us. We waited about 45 minutes for our dinner order to even be taken after the large party was served drinks and their order was taken. Meanwhile, we watched 4 other tables who had come in after us get served their dinner-including the large party . Dinner itself was expensive, bland, the pasta was undercooked and the $87 steak we ordered had no flavor. Do yourself a favor and save yourself $340 and go to a different restaurant or just cook at home. Olive Garden would have been a better choice for us last night and we could have made better steaks at home. Very horrible experience all the way around. I wouldn’t recommend Rare at all to anyone! We were the last ones to leave the restaurant at 11:15 pm at night. AWFUL!

This restaurant provides very scrumptious food and tasty wine. My friends and I went there for dinner during the Great Plates Special event in Fort Collins Old Town. It was great everything was on a Special deal. And we were able to try lots of food at their restaurant. That night the restaurant was full and we had a reservation. If you want to go there, please make a reservation ahead of time. I think their price was a little high but everything costs more nowadays. The service was very high class in my opinion. It was a great experience.

This is one of my favorite restraunts. I make it a priority to go here whenever I visit Fort Collins. All of their pasta is made fresh, in house. They age their meat in for at least 28 days. I highly recommend the ribeye, lasagna and ragu. A fantastic wine selection and excellent service.

We went there to celebrate and it was a great choice! One of the best real Italian deal we've found so far in the area. Sunday late lunch ambience was chilled and happy yet high end. The tomato sauce tasted very fresh and light, the hand cut pasta was al dente as it should be, and the steak was perfection, cooked exactly how we asked for. The cherry on top was the hazelnut pie with a scoop of dark chocolate gelato! Delicious! The place is pricey but totally worth it.

Fantastic experience all around. Pasta and steak were both top notch. Drinks were great, as was the service. A lively dining room but not overly noisy. I can't wait to go back.
