Leaving two stars for taste and variety of selection. Execution is awful. This sandwich had the amount of meat you would use for a sandwich you put on regular bread at home. You should not advertise a sub and then fill it up with nothing but lettuce. I thought i accidentally ordered a veggie sub. Go to one of the chain stores and watch the meat content. It has to be proportionate to the thickness of the bread. I even ordered extra cheese but gained one slice. Very disappointed. Highly unlikely for me to return.
Ordered through door dash and was disappointed when order came in. I ordered the Cubano and soup combo. I asked for grilled mushrooms and they just put huge pieces of fresh. I feel like most of my sandwich was mushroom. It would of made a huge difference in taste if mushrooms were grilled. There was only one slice of thin ham and hardly any pulled pork. Hardly any mustard. The bread was good, but if your like me and love a good Cubano. I would not suggest this place. Potato soup was okay but bland. Overall this is just not my kind of place. Maybe some of there other sandeyare Better so not going to knock it but not goimg to go back to try either.
The food is okay but the manager is rude as hell and especially to the employees. I just watched him bite this one girls head off that worked there.
I come in 3 times a week. Today I placed my order online for pick up. The sandwich was soaked in oil, I asked for none and it was missing the Swiss cheese. My salad was missing the dressing and no plastic silverware or napkins and I even tipped!! Was too far to drive back, so disappointed.
Delicious sandwiches, friendly customer service, and such a chill atmosphere. My new favorite spot. :)
This is the second time I've tried to go here within their business hours and they are not open. I understand there are national worker shortages, but could they update google hours or something. What is the point of driving over and walking to the door to see they closed at 6 and not 9.
Don’t order online, the order will go through if they’re closed (after 6) and it’s a pain to get a refund.

Great food, great atmosphere! The service is quick accurate and friendly! The team makes great suggestions. The restaurant is always clean! I'm a regular for the food but definitely for the service! Stop in have a bite and enjoy!
Good sandwiches, exceptional customer service - This Potbelly Sandwich Shop location has some of the most patient and hardworking employees I've ever seen. Working in food services has been significantly more difficult during COVID-19, but these employees are the epitome of resilient. One could even argue that these individuals make eating at this location even better, especially when they are giving their best despite circumstances and rude customers. In terms of food, Potbelly Sandwich Shop is a classic, giving you satisfactory eats for a satisfactory price.
