Pizza hut used to be my favorite pizza place. But not now. I am disappointed by the quality of their pizzas. The amount of meat they now put on their pizzas is less than half of what they use to. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the meat lovers. On the Buffalo chicken, we were lucky if we had 10 pieces of chicken on a large pizza and the meat lovers had half the amount of meat it used to have.I will now be going to a different pizza place.

The man helping customers behind the counter tonight is extremely rude. Literally not nice at all! Screaming at customers (maybe a delivery person) REALLY??? Always best to realize customers here and see everything. Will not be returning due to the man seriously screaming at someone for no reason.

I'm basing this experience based on your standard pizza chain, Domino's, Papa john's, you get it. I do enjoy Pizza Hut, this location can be very hit or miss and it's the customer service that is usually the miss. They skimp on toppings and they don't have the same specials as a corporate location. For some reason they love to put a lot of sauce on their pizzas.Your pizza experience will be different based on who is helping you and who made your food. Sometimes they just stare at you like you're some kind of alien being from another galaxy and you feel super weird, Other times, you receive great service. It's pizza hut, you know what it is, you've had it since you were a child, you've had it at birthday parties, it's good pizza when short on time or want that nostalgia.

Fantastic place to go if you want a pizza not cut and to be treated like hot garbage by employees. Amy their general manager will give you very disingenuous responses and apologies clearly she just wants to be left alone. No wonder pizza hut as a brand has lost all credibility.Even the owner response is generic copy paste

It's Pizza Hut, so it's never anything special, but it was kinda gross all the way around this time. The dough was severely undercooked on my pizza. It was so bad I couldn't even choke down one slice of it. The breadsticks were, as always, spot on. The employee who took my order also seemed to be very bothered by my presence, as well as the presence of the ONE other person who came in while I was there. It was just a very lackluster experience all the way around.

Super rude and short. Complete lack of customer service. Guy with the beard and black shirt was very unprofessional and condescending when they were in a rush, and refused to give me my order I was there to pick up. The store also smelled putrid. I used to love this location when I was younger, but now I’m pretty sure I will never return. I know my $15 a month won’t do much, but maybe this review will give that man the write up he so desperately needs

Severely understaffed to the point where it affects service and wait time. Messed up our order 3 times and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a pizza. Maybe more people would want to work there if they paid more.

Timely delivery and having all items in an order actually delivered.My original order was over an hour late and never arrived. The staff was kind enough to call me to apologize and offered me credit to my next order (I would have preferred a full refund since I'm now less likely to order again). They offered to remake my order and deliver it. My remade order was again, over an hour late, somewhat cold and the 3 marinara sauces were missing. I called to tell the restaurant that part of my order was missing but they just gave me $2 credit and had a bit of an attitude about it. Overall, not the greatest experience. I was very disappointed which is unfortunate because Pizza Hut has been my favorite go-to pizza delivery place for years.

Work on your pizza dough and toppings quality. The crust was like cardboard with no flavor, the ingredients were ok but they could have been better. The only highlights that shown through were, how nice the delivery diver was, the cheese sticks, the papas, and the wings

Ordered food and was told it would be an hour. That part was ok.Driver shows up an hour and a half later(still could be ok)As soon as he walks up I see the wrong drink in his hand and mention it. He reponds with thats what the receipt says. I explained I didnt say its your fault but you should make sure the order taker knows better. Again... thats what my receipt says...no apology, no remorse...Now we move on to the food.. it was obviously in a car for a whole hour and a half. Pizza was room temp and firm instead of warm and gooey.I called in to talk about this and they said they could "ask" the driver if he would go back out. I was in shock they would have to ask someone to fix a mistake but they said he is the only one driving so they would see if he is willing to come out. After that I had enough. I asked why I should have to suffer for their mistake and they told me it would be at least another hour IF the driver was walling... WAS WILLING?At the end of it all there was no apology from anyone I spoke with and I was given a measly $5 credit if I call in to order again... thanks for messing up Friday night family night Pizza Hut!
