too many olives and we didn’t even want olives, none other toppings were spread around. they were just DUMPED in the middle. very bad will not order again

Pizza was good. Drive up and deliver was not successful. Had to go in the restaurant even though I followed the directions.
Ordered through Doordash and received a different "Jessica's" order. Which is an honest mistake. But upon calling the (Harmony) store, they advised there was nothing they could do and still had my order there. The manager I spoke to said "she realized the wrong order was picked up after it went out" but did not do anything about it. I stated that not only did I recieve the wrong order, but now somebody else wasn't able to get their food either. Rather than offering any redelivery options, they stated I could just come pick up my food if I still wanted it since "it's just sitting there." Pretty poor customer service.
doordash sucks…food is never hot. doubt doordash drivers even have insulated bags. hire back your delivery drivers.
Their add should say only delivered frozen. Wait 40min then comes frozen and when you call they keep you on permanent hold. Should of been a clue when they have an option for manager. I get places are short handed but I am 1.5 miles from store and it’s cold. No excuse for this paid cash stupid me! Then they hang up on you!! WOW
If I could give it a zero, I would. Don’t answer phones and let orders stay stagnant. Tried to go the manager route and no answer. Not using these guys anymore.
Ordered a pizza and still waiting and it has been over 2 hours and I'm still waiting tried to call have been on hold for over 45 mins just to check the status of my order and no one will answer the phone
Deliveries get passed off to Door Dash. We received the email that our pizza “was on its way” nearly an hour before it actually arrived, 3 miles from the store. The driver didn’t even have a pizza bag in his car when he arrived, just picked it off his seat. Completely cold, not a bit of heat to the box or the pizza. The driver said I could get a refund through Door Dash, but we ordered through the Papa Johns app. We tried calling the store but they hung up on us as soon as they realized what the call was about. No anger from us or anything, they just flat didn’t want to deal with us. We tried calling back but couldn’t get a person again. Finally, we tipped in the app while we were ordering, $12 on a $31/ish ticket because it was snowy out and we wanted to be nice, some good that did. Won’t order from this store or this company again. There’s so many better pizza places in Fort Collins anyway.
Love, love, love the quality of customer service I always receive from this location. Richard was very polite in assisting me with my order. Navonte appreciates his customers and his level of professionalism shines through; solving any issues that arise. Food is always up to par with Papa Johns standards (except when terrible Door Dash delivers). Thanks Papa John's for feeding our hungry family on game nights!!
Hands down the best papa johns store I've ever gotten pizza from!! This is my go to place. People are awesome, and the food is always great!
