On behalf of my neighbor:This is a completely inappropriate spot to leave someone's food at an apartment building. Let me guess, y'all are doing some sort of third party delivery service?
Waited over an hour for an order that said would take 39-49min. The tracker said that DoorDash had picked up my order nearly 30min ago. When I called the store and finally got someone on the line, they said the order was on it's way and to call them back if I didn't get it in 10min. Once I got off the phone the tracker updated with a different driver name and a new ETA that was another 1 hour wait. I decided I wasn't going to wait any longer and ordered pizza from another pizza place. Luckily I did because long after the other place delivered my order, there was still no PapaJohns at my house. When I called customer service to get a refund, they said the store had already canceled without leaving any notes as to why. Lesson learned, stay away from this place due to a complete lack of competence.
I ordered on 4/17/2022 at around 2:00PM. I'll provide pictures that you should definitely look at. I got the "Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheesesteak Papadia." That was a mistake. DO NOT get the Papadia!The Papadia was anorexic. It had hardly any ingredients on it at all, especially lacking the meat itself. The "parmesan crust" was just a few bits of burnt cheese that had no taste on an already overly floury dough. I didn't even bother to finish eating it. It's in the trash where it belongs.I also got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The cheese in the crust tastes plastic-y and overall it's just a very underwhelming pizza. It's one of the most bland and boring pizzas I've ever had. On top of that, my order came with two garlic sauces that were weirdly solidified. The best way to describe it is that it looked and tasted like some weird lukewarm mayonnaise-butter paste. It was not good.The whole experience was not good. I know, personally, I'll never bother with Papa John's again.
Food took extremely long to get delivered. One pizza had a bubble the size of 3 slices so it was just crust and no toppings. All the pizza and breadsticks were cold, not even warm. We also didn’t get the 2 liter we ordered. Spent $80 and it was literally the worst pizza we’ve ever had.
Pizza arrived at a good time and tasted good, but I think they don't have anchovies anymore because the last two times I've ordered from them I did not get anchovies 2/13/2022 and 9/16/2021 but the pizza was edible and I payed for it so I ate it. tried calling but they didn't answer at 8:42 pm
Pizza was cold and tasted like it's been out for a while and sit on hold for a while before you can get someone to talk to on phone

Ordered at 5:30. Still not here at 6:55 even though the tracker said it was delivered. 2 of us have been on hold trying to get through to the store for 20 minutes. What a disgrace. Haven't ordered from here in a year, thought we would try again. Guess that was a mistake.
Absolutely terrible pizza, the cheese has a super weird texture and there is almost no sauce. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. These guys cant make a pepperoni pizza correctly.?
