1st to this location and Petra took our order & was so sweet and you can tell she loves her job, we will be back.
After 3 separate orders I’m done with Panera...Every order was short 1-4 items and to make things worse, the other items of each order were incorrect. How hard is it to make a sandwich correctly??? You’re better off training Denver zoo monkeys to make your expensive sandwiches right the first time around! Give it a whirl, can’t hurt. Good luck ever getting absolutely any response or reimbursement via your order actually placed & what shows up. Customer service with this Panera is invisible! Panera’s corporate office is a joke as well, just like the proprietors of this Panera are. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY PANERA IN FORT COLLINS. We’re your bread & butter! Avoid this Panera, seems like a scam. You purchase $88 worth of food to be delivered and maybe $40 worth of food shows up to your door! But remember, in the end it’s still prepared incorrectly and you’ll probably toss it.
I bought an e-gift card for father’s day and was having trouble loading it. I went the Panera on College to get some help and see if they knew what to do. Immediately I was approached by the manager who looked and smelled like he hadn’t showed in days. A very dirty Santa Clause. Before I could say much, he started writing on paper. He handed me the gross piece of paper with a 1800 number to call and said he wouldn’t help me at all. He handed me the paper and left. Didn’t even try to help me or hear me out about my situation. Poor and disgusting customer service. DO NOT COME HERE.
I ordered a rapid pickup and when I opened the cookie I ordered it had a couple dog hairs on it. It looked like it had been dropped on the ground or something?? I didn’t even want to eat the rest of what I ordered after that ?
I asked for over easy egg on my sandwich and they just always give over-hard. Lots of times. When I asked staff was confused and didn't know the difference.
I normally LOVE Panera, and I love my local Loveland location. Today we stopped at the Panera in Fort Collins off College. Half of our food was cold. My Flatbread pizza was half cold/soft and the other end was hot and crispy. Not sure how that happened but it did. My smokehouse BBQ sandwich was also cold. The soup was great as always and service was fine. I boxed up my cold dinner and took it home. I can probably warm it up correctly at home. I will not be visiting this location again anytime soon. Disappointing.
I'm visiting Ft Collins & went to this location because it's near where I'm staying. I got the Tuesday dozen bagel special. The web site says it should have been $7.49. I was charged $9.29. When I questioned why the price difference i was told the charge was correct. I'm going to be visiting for a couple of weeks bagels are a easy breakfast but will not be getting them again from hear because they do not honor web site price.
The Asian Crunch salad is really good! I love coming here for lunch and eating while reading a book.
I mean it's Panera so it isn't the best, but for the price, and quickness it is always a good place to eat. Staff is helpful and very quick here so it is managed well and food always seems to taste fresh and you can tell it is prepared well. Very tasty for what it is and defintely keep planning to com eback!
I don’t usually order delivery because I’m a poor old lady but I saw an ad for Panera and thought I’d try it. My online order was very easy to place on their great app. My sandwich (turkey bravo) came quickly and I live on the very west side of town, plus the delivery person rang my doorbell as I asked in my order. The sandwich was wrapped wonderfully with no soggy paper and the sandwich was delicious!! I also got a bagel and focaccia bread which I’m going to chow down on in a minute. I highly recommend this restaurant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️?
