Every aspect of this location changes drastically semester to semester due to new staff. FA21, very high quality food, mid service. SP22, lower quality food, mixed service. The main factor that changes by locations and staff is consistently the spiciness. With many sets of staff and major staff overhauls every semester, the reviews of this place are very, very volatile. However, it will still hover at 4 or above stars when the focus is the food, as it is a part of CSU and holds its standards of food quality.
Found a small piece of black plastic sticking through a piece of chicken.
Just experienced horrific food poisoning from this place. Will not be coming back here again. Save yourself.

This place has Awful customer service. I have had numerous experiences in which they tried to hand my food to another student, not listened to my order- forgotten items and had to come back. Not to mention majority of their staff are rude.
My meal was mistakenly givin to the wrong person multiple times and I had to call them out on it. Asked for chili sauce was given soy sauce multiple times after telling them twice. Wasn’t allowed to get the extra meat option as well.
Very good chicken, but the noodles tasted old and stale. The food came out very fast and was good. The employees seemed to rush me and get me out of the line as quick as possible, but besides that the employees were kind.
It is a panda express. I'm not sure why you are reading reviews. Yes it doesn't feel authentic because of all the students, but hey, it's cheap stop being so weird. Also free samples. How could you rate any place below 5 star that gives free samples? Not sure what you want? Get the chili lime shrimp.
