I have to say it breaks my heart to write this review. For YEARS one of my favorite places to eat was Old Chicago for their Italian Nachos so we had some family visiting from out of state & took them there to try them only to discover they had changed the recipe. Not only was it a smaller portion but there was almost no meat on it & it tasted different. Good but not great like they used to be, & my husband & I both ended up with upset stomachs afterwards, too. My husband has said he won't get them again & I am still debating. Whatever y'all did to the Italian Nachos, its hugely disappointing. Change them back!!
Neighborhood restaurant. It’s a welcoming place to go to. Good food. Good service.
Sometimes my wife and I go to Old Chicago just for the appetizers and treat it as a meal. We are never disappointed. We especially love the Italian Nachos and the Sicilian Pepperoni Rolls. The staff is always delightful. We especially like the Timberline and Harmony location!
I was a huge fan of this place I used to enjoy the pizza here but I can't help but feel the quality of the pizza has dropped dramatically I don't even want to eat this im just going to pay and never come back I'm an so let down with this place.
Typically this restaurant is great! Loved of food options and just a fun environment. Last night our waitress seemed overwhelmed and tended to forget about us. The boneless wings that we took to-go were completely raw! The meatball sub tasted unusual as well.
This place used to be the place to go. Not anymore. I was just served the grossest salad (not fresh, slimy, all the lettuce was pink)
They were really busy however I called in my order 75 min ahead of pickup time. The girl who took my order was rude and I had a bad feeling they were gonna get my order wrong. I was right. I got there and it was wrong and I had to wait even longer for them to make it right. The ticket was right but the kitchen or someone messed up the order. There are a million pizza places and restaurants in the area so I would think they would try harder??
OK so a couple things happened. The waitress was extremely forgetful. She checked my friends ID twice because she forgot if she checked it. She forgot are drink order and she charged my card twice instead of charging my friends card and my card once. But the craziest thing of all. The bartender, a larger gentleman with a beard accused me of messing with his TVs. He was loud and intimidating so I just said no and didn’t stand up for myself. Their TV messing up was not my doing. I don’t know why he singled me out maybe because I’m young, small and I was laughing with my friend. We were also talking about how bad the TVs were so maybe that’s why. I felt extremely unwelcome after that and left as soon as I could. He Kept looking over and giving us dirty looks which made both of us very uncomfortable. Not a nice guy… The food on the other hand was quite good my friend said, and I absolutely loved my beer. Definitely just a staff issue
Beautiful place to have a casual family meal. If you like sports this is the place to come and visit. They have a full bar with lots of variety of beers from local to international. Pizza is very good , the wings are their specialty, cheese rolls and etc. The service was polite. The toilets were not clean
All around not good. The kid’s penne Alfredo had no taste. The side of kid’s broccoli & cheese had black spots on the broccoli like it was old. I already threw it away or I would have included a picture. The pizza was not good but not inedible either. The buffalo chicken rolls were full of raw dough in the middle. The 4-5 star reviews for this place absolutely baffle me!
