Came in again this evening and Mary greeted us, she always remembers what our little man drinks and takes the extra effort. We absolutely love this place and Jon is phenomenal if you ever come in during the weekend evenings. Couldn't ask for a better staff, we'll be back at least 3-4 times a month!

We absolutely LOVE Nori Maki! After years of enjoying their delicious sushi, we had the pleasure of eating here this evening to celebrate a family milestone and so greatly appreciate the exceptional service, impeccable food, and friendly faces that great us every time we enter this establishment.

Mrs Susan Ryan is so wonderful to work with. As a first time investor on Forex trade investment, I wasn’t completely sure of the process but Mrs Susan Ryan helped me through it all and I made a profit of $15,200 with an investment of $2,500. She was also extremely helpful in coordinating the withdrawal process. I highly recommend Mrs Susan Ryan to everyone looking to start up an investment. Beautiful plating and good atmosphere. There are some great selections but the flavors are mediocre. The fish didn’t seem as fresh as we get elsewhere and the flavors were so muted …. We wanted to love it but won’t be going back.

Classy and cozy atmosphere. Rolls are very creative and taste great! Go here for a fancy feel without the fancy price.

We have been ordering takeout here pretty regularly for the past year - the food is always good, but I finally felt compelled to leave a review because of the service. We make a simple request to leave out the wasabi every time, and not only do they ignore it 9/10, the rolls often comes plopped right against it. They also give pretty bad wait estimates, we add 10 minutes to whatever time they quote and it’s often still not enough. They’re small things, but frustrating when it happens every single time. Just hoping to pass along some feedback to the restaurant.

As a sushi lover I've been to every sushi place in northern Colorado (west of I-25 at least).Fort Collins surprisingly has a lot of good sushi but ever since the Suh on college/prospect closed this is the best sushi in town.Highly recommend the dynamite roll and/or the salmon nigiri

Tried this place based on the reviews and was very disappointed. The sushi roles barely had meat in/on them and had no flavor. I also found the rice to be dry with a strange flavor that I did not appreciate. My entire family of 5 are big sushi eaters and none of us wanted to eat more than to say we tried it. Really frustrating to feel like I wasted over $100.

Consistently excellent, on 4 different occasions. Very happy I found this place.

Great customer service. Limited menu. Pleased with what I ordered. Crab meat is imitation crab. Spicy tuna roll was delicious and my sashimi fresh.
