I have to say I love noodles and company but something is going on like recently the couple times I have gone are noodles are so dry they do not put enough sauce like looks so good and it's not bad it just would have been better if it had a least a little of sauce especially because the sauce is so good I feel like for as much money I pay for my food it should be made right but that's the only negative thing I can say about my experience at this location on this day
I had ordered online for pick up and got stuck in a huge traffic jam that delayed me being able to pick up on time. I called into the store and spoke with Lexi and asked her if they could make the food fresh upon my arrival no. She said no problemat no extra charge and they did it! Thank you guys so much! It was hugely appreciated!
Just got 2 Mac n cheese 10 min before 9 pm and the boy that waited on me seemed put out that there was a customer there. He also ignored me when I tried to place my order and was listening to music, not exactly good customer service.I should have just gone to Panera instead they don't mind later customers
The food was undercooked and the meatballs were dried out and rock hard. Our family does not reccomend!
Clean place, food was ready pretty quickly.
Usually a solid location. Ordered mac and cheese today and it was ice cold. So annoying when I don't have a microwave avaliable to heat up my lunch. Very disappointed.
Ordered lunch. Have not been a frequent customer since their new menu change. Needed a quick lunch and ordered Spicy Korean Noodles, the gristle in the beef put me off finishing the meal. This was take out and no spoon provided for the chicken noodle soup. For the price there are better options out there.
Food wasn't bad but the Spicy Korean Beef and Noodles was not spicy.
Just tried to order some pasta, and the man who took my order was really rude about it. He wouldn’t give me any eye contact, or overall attention while taking my order. Overall makes for an unpleasant experience.
Not much to say on the food, as it's a chain. However, the staff at this location was very friendly and helpful and the facilities are well maintained.
