I have been ordering from this location for many years and it’s usually pretty decent. Tonight I ordered a pick up order, including salad without chicken, (have not eaten meat in well over 20 years), noticed it had chicken and asked an employee (Rachel, I believe) if they could remake it how I ordered. She took it to the back and came back fairly quickly, like couldn’t have made a new one that quickly, but I was hoping I was wrong. Got home, and shocker, I found some chicken in there. She took it to the back and picked off some chicken, but not even all of it. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed that this is how your employees “fix” orders they messed up in the first place. To spend $35 on quick meal is already ridiculous, especially considering I tipped. Noodles, and Rachel, please do better, this is unacceptable.
My Alfredo Montamore turned out to be a soup. Not very impressed with the consistency. I almost returned it but I had already driven back to work to eat it.
Picked up an online order here and I wasn’t able to redeem the free drink reward I had online so figured I could do it in store no problem. Whatever a$$hole middle aged guy was working there made my bag day even worse by not just giving me the free drink I was expecting…only reason I even went here today. I would never Do that to a customer. Won’t be back now.
The cashier was very friendly and helpful, and the other staff members were amazing! They heard my complaint (to my husband) about how there was no more syrup for the flavor of soda I wanted, and they offered to check for backstock without me even asking. They went above and beyond to immediately restock the machine, and allow me to get the soda I wanted. Then another associate called me out by name for my order and handed it to me directly with a smile. Absolutely the best Noodles experience I have ever had!!!
We love this Noodles branch. My family needs both vegan and gluten-free options and the staff ALWAYS makes sure to honor all of our modifications. I have never had a problem getting exactly what I ask for. All of the employees are friendly and detail-oriented.
There's a guy in the kitchen with no mask. A guy with a mask barely around his mouth. And the cashier has a mask on correctly. They're all talking loudly & carrying on quite obnoxiously. I used to frequent this location quite a bit, but I will turn on my heals the next time I see this crew. I don't know if I'm more disappointed or just annoyed.
I called the location on timberline and got their machine and attempted to place my order before i arrived (20 min away) and than the machine patched me in to someone that worked in the store at the end to take phone payment but they wanted me to do the order all over again. I told them im right outside your door let me just go in and place the order and he said ok so i hung up just to walk in and have the employee tell me I cant order in the store that i had to do it online and I got upset and they still insisted I dialed the wrong number. So i went back outside and called them and saw him pick up. I would rather wait in line at chick fil a than to give noodles and company my time again. At least chick fil a admits their errors and helps to accommodate for their mistake.
I regularly visit this location on Wednesday's, however my last order and visit was disappointing. I usually place an online order in the morning for pick up after work. This is what I did on 11/10/21, my online order was processed and received confirmation. However, when I went to pick up the order this is what I was faced with, See Photos. And now when I go to check to see if this location is open, it states it's temporarily closed..... My debit card was also charge for food that was not provided. The food is great, but this instance just gave me a bad taste for customer service from this location.Update: i was contacted by management and was advised a refund will coming.
Had the Tortellini Rosa with Steak ??A new favorite on the classic Penne Rosa
Wasn't impressed. The food wasn't great and they didn't mention one of the ingredients (cheese) which I'm allergic to. Thankfully I could take it off.
