So delicious! I am visiting from Florida and my goodness, Mt Fuji has amazing food and great service. If you are looking for authentic Japanese food then look no further because WOW!
My husband and I have been enjoying sushi at Mt. FUJI for over 20 years and we absolutely love this place! The service and quality of food is consistently great. We order the Love Boat for 2. It is romantic and therefore at the top of our list for anniversaries and Valentines day. We recommend this restaurant to friends and family.
This place is a has-been of Fort Collins. I’ve been coming here with my family for over 10 years at least twice a month, and have noticed the last five visits have been absolutely terrible. The restaurant inside is deteriorating. The bathrooms are filthy, the carpet is dirty, there is dust on the live plants and the rubber plants. The food has become substandard. Along with getting foot-long hairs on my noodles, we are under-served under-portioned and the wait staff doesn’t check on you. The food never comes out all at once for your family. So you sit and watch your children eat while you’re starving. Usually the wait staff consists of a zitty dirty tennis shoe wearing teenager, that doesn’t check on the table very often. Every time we come here there is a new wait staff person, and there’s usually only one. What’s really disgusting is the filth in the bathroom and the piles of clutter, and the dust on the bottoms of the tables and the floor like they don’t clean very often or at all. I’m sorry to say that this once delicious restaurant has become someone’s lazy attempt at Japanese food. Don’t waste your time eating here.
I thought the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.I'll be super happy if people ever realize that a cloth mask never was needed for this virus, and stop wearing masks so we can hear the wait staff speaking (and see their smiles). Overall it was great.
My son and I have enjoyed eating here for several years. But our experience yesterday was terrible. The sushi rice had a mushy character, not enjoyable. And the tuna seemed “off”, like it had been around for a while. My son and I will never eat here again.
I don’t know if it was the sushi chef the night I ordered or what because the reviews looked great, but my food specifically the rolls were lacking flavor by a long shot & I found myself extremely dissapointed I spent my money here. King Soopers sushi is tastier...
I went to eat here because of the good ratings but when I walked in the place was empty. I thought I had made a mistake. But I sat down and they proved to my why the good ratings. Definitely worth going, good food and great service.

This place was fantastic! I ate the BEST Sesame chicken and General Tso's chicken I had ever had in North America! Yeah I've eaten Chinese food in Canada, Mexico and in Chinatowns in San Francisco, Philadelphia and New York.The sesame chicken was very lightly battered, airy and fried to a pleasant crispness -- yet tender on the inside. My wife had the General Tso's chicken and it was cooked with the same characteristics! That tells me that their preparation methods are consistent! The only difference between General Tso's and Sesame chicken was the former was solid lightly fried chicken pieces vs. the latter being lightly fried chicken slices.Let's now talk about service at this place. The service was impeccable, fast and super attentive! Our server was awesome and I was highly impressed by his friendly demeanor and attentiveness.I highly recommend this restaurant! I know I plan to visit this place often!
