This place is by far my favorite and most visited sushi place in foco. You must have it. Best overall customer service, fresh and made to perfection Everytime. If you eat sushi in live in foco this is your place, don't barter between others this is your spot! I would give it 8 stars if I could
My partner and I love sushi. We have had a terrible time finding a place we liked in fort Collins but we found it!! It's this place! Fresh rice! Fresh ingredients! Nothing was cold, or cooked ahead. The staff is so friendly, there is a sushi bar when you walk in. The atmosphere is so cozy! 10/10!!
Met some friends last night (6/6/2022). Selected a couple rolls and had the waitress and Sushi Chef select a few more. It was fresh and amazing! They are under new management and the Sushi Chef is a culinary artist. The service was great and the waitress was hilarious. My advice, select a couple of your favorite rolls then ask the waitress for her recommendation(s) on another (or two). Also, try their Sparkling Sake. Everything was incredible!!!!
PREVIOUSLY- BlueFinI don’t even know where to begin, I’ve been going here for 6+ years and I can wholeheartedly say I’ve never had better sushi. The fish is high quality fish that’s been imported into the US. The owner himself drives down to receive the shipments, he’s an amazing guy. Beautiful technique, made with love (literally) you can tell this is his passion. And his wife is an AMAZING woman. Everytime I come in she is sooo happy see us, recognizes us every time. She even remembers our puppy family and is so happy we come all the way out of state to see her. I can not preach how incredible this woman is. They are absolutely thriving and I love it!! EAT HERE!! Must haves are the Ginger salad, Miso soup and Philadelphia roll, phenomenal.We appreciate everything you do for us!If I could give 10 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We just had the best sushi and Korean fried chicken for dinner!!! The owners of Blue Fin just took over Mi Sushi in Fort Collins with a new menu. The sushi prepared by Chef James is the best in town. They use quality fresh ingredients and real sushi rice (which I totally appreciate). The Korean Fried Chicken is crispy on the outside tender and juicy inside. Perfectly cooked and tossed in a sweet and mildly spiced sauce. I highly recommend it. P.S. Ask for the Plum Wine cocktail...the best!!
Amazing! We followed the new owners from Blue Fin, simply the very best sushi, period!
We called in a pickup order and were pleasantly surprised with the service. The workers were friendly and our food was ready before expected. Unfortunately, the sushi was incredibly disappointing. The fish didn’t taste fresh and the ingredients inside rolls were disproportionate. My roommate gagged eating a roll with a giant piece of raw salmon, and the morning after we ate I threw up.
AMAZING!!!! Food was so delicious and worth the drive. They were formally Blue Fins from Centerra in Loveland.I guarantee you will love and enjoy your sushi.Come stop in and give ‘em a try, you won’t regret it!(No photos because we could not stop eating!)

This is the absolute best sushi place that I have ever eaten at, hands down. The sushi is mouth watering. They use real, high quality ingredients such as fish, crab, rice ect. They dont use fake crab like a lot of other sushi restaurants. You can tell that they make all of their food with love and care. Their kobe beef is to die for, and I honestly could write a book on how wonderful their food is... but what makes this place so great is the experience that comes with it. Mila and James are amazing, sweet people that always make sure that you are happy, having a good time, and leave satisfied!
