Ordered for in store pick ip on the app. When arriving All doors were Locked with 29 cars in drive thru! What is the point in ordering app if they will not let you in the door. Ridiculous! The worst McDonald’s ever. Will NOT return again
Went to get food pulled up to the drive through first they claimed they only took cash, went and got cash came back nobody says anything for three minutes so I circle around then I finally get someone and she has me sitting for another 2-3 mins so I left and went to the other McDonald’s on drake and college they took cards and I was out in 45 seconds….not the first time I’ve had issues with this Harmony McDonald’s
Perhaps the worst McDonald's I've been to. And that's saying something. I don't know how they've gotten 3.3 stars...the staff all were terribly slow. We ordered online and were only given the option of Curbside Pickup which was fine...except when they said our order was ready at 9:07 AM and no one had come out to drop off the food. At 9:25 we went in and had to wait in line to ask an employee about our food. They informed us that despite it saying they were making the food and despite us being told it was ready on the app that they had no recognition of our order. They seemed more confused than us...and so, we wanted a refund. Manager came out and had more attitude about the situation than we could have ever had. She continued to slam her register aggressively, wanted to refund us a lower amount than we paid, and argued with us about what we ordered and how much of a refund they owed us. In the end, we were refunded after waiting 40 minutes for food and having to argue with staff for food that should've taken 5. The manager had the worst attitude there and didn't seem fit to manage/lead. Unpleasant morning, unpleasant experience.
This mcdonald's has horrible staff. They are very rude. One lady literally threw sause at me and my wife. Then they messed my order up and didn't give me my fries then I told the manager and she gave us one that was literally less then half way full. The fries they gave me were old and soggy. But the thing that really set me off was the lady at the window was nasty towards me giving me dirty looks didn't hand us our food pretty much threw it as us. I don't and I mean DONT recommend this mcdonald's. The managers don't do anything to there staff when they are rude.
Rude drive thru. Gave me the wrong size, and tried to convince me the medium he gave me was a large. After proving he was lying to me, he fixed and gave me my correct size. And then just walked away, leaving me waiting for my order. After some time just sitting there waiting, a different employee showed up to try and complete my order. They got half the food wrong, and left out some stuff I ordered. Even for McDonalds, this was bad.
Riyleigh Brock ran out of the line to get us our fries. If you want your food 100% with a smile on your face, this is the place. I hope he is always present when we get food! Fantastic experience. 5 stars
I always go hear but Im changing my mind sens the food was so dry and gross, it literally tasted like it was siting for days. Cant believe how bad quality checks can be at these restaurants don't recommend wish this wasn't the 24 hour one.
By far the worst experience at a McDonalds in a long time. My burger was actually cold. Nothing about it was warm, which was the same for the fries. The girl at the window giving the order was too busy talking with her coworker to even acknowledge I was at the window. I asked for a straw for my drink and she didn't respond. She just handed me one while continuing her conversation. I asked twice for ketchup and got none. Just all around a pretty poor job, which I would've been a bit more understanding if there had been a long line, but there were two cars behind me, and this was at 5:45p. I basically threw $15 down the drain.
Stopped to pick up a door dash order. Total chaos. Unorganized. A cluster f word. Disappointing because most all McDonald's I've picked up from have been great. This one, not so much. Hopefully the customers order wasn't cold by the time it was finally delivered.
They had me wait in a 30 minute drive through line for a pick up order that was ready before I got there. Literally no amount of your time is worth the slightest inconvenience on their part. My delivery was late even though I got there on time *and the food was ready on time*! They just wouldn't give it to me
