This place has turned pathetic since they hired an almost all non-English speaking crew . Almost never someone at the register to take an order, then they can’t understand an American speaking once a lazy worker finally does walk up. Then they give you a table number for no reason just to yell it out from the kitchen. They don’t even bring it to your table number anymore

Every time this location asks me to pull forward and they'll bring my food to me, I'm gonna get on here and leave a 1-star review. Why ask me to pull forward just to have someone bring me my food 40 seconds later. I could care less about you trying to have short car/order times. Let me sit at the window and get my food, screw your timer.
Drive through workers are literally incapable of giving you the correct order. Ordered a PLAIN hot and spicy! Thanks for the empty stomach tonight!
forgot my mcflurry and filled my LARGE FRY like it was a medium. Sad days fr. All I wanted was my fries and ice cream.
My son ordered online and pressed pick up versus delivery. He called immediately to get the order redirected or cancelled. The lady (?) who answered said "Can't Help you" and hung up. Also, McDonalds won't deliver in the Fort Collins college area so you can't take advantage of any of their promos.
I know the employees don't control the digital ordering, and that's my only complaint. The staff is fast, friendly, and kind! Great place for old and new!

It's a decently clean restaurant, but there are a fair number of homeless at the exit. Not that there is a problem with that, but one should be aware
Unsanitary, disorganized, rude. Don’t expect much. Had low expectations going to this McDonald’s and I wasn’t surprised. Spend your money at any other fast food chain down the street.
Average at best. As stated by multiple others, this location is awful at adding things to the order that we are charged for (extra cheese, onions, etc). Also seems to be one of the slower McDonald's as well. Definitely been in worse but I've also visited much better location. This last visit went smoothly, but I did verbally ask for the them to follow the extra cheese, extra onions, etc requests after ordering on the kiosk.
