Good salad and grain bowl choices.friendly staff and ample outdoor seating. Interesting full sugar fountain drink choices, like Prickly Pear and Blueberry. We had just biked in from Greeley and were refreshed by two large bowls of fresh greens and rice. The mix-ins were fresh and not mushy or flat.Overall not a bad deal and it is nice to get a salad for a meal when that is what you crave.
They shouldn’t give you the option to substitute ingredients and personalize your salads if they’re not going to do it. My receipt has everything correct on it but my salad was not correct. The ingredients are wrong and this is the second time this has happened.
rude server,slow, put wrong name on the bag that took me 30mins waiting! i don't recommend this place!!
Food was great and service was exceptional. My daughter forgot her purse there; we were over an hour away on our way home to SD when she made this discovery. Michaela not only found it for us, but mailed it home to us that same day! I’m beyond impressed the kindness we received.
The salad selections are awesome, however evidently they don't give out plastic silverware, at least it wasn't one in my bag, I had a 4 hr road trip and had to stop at a gas station and buy a fork ?
I have always really liked mad greens and had no issue with my experience until recently… the only issue was honestly their management. I had a small issue with payment and had to talk to a manager in order to help me out, when I was spoken to not only was I feeling disrespected but I felt uncomfortable at the amount of disrespect they had for their co-workers who were a step below. Management should be encouraging, calm, and most importantly have mutual respect for their teammates. I was absolutely disgusted at the amount of attitude management had. I would usually contact a manger about rude attitudes in a work place however this time it CAME from a manager. It sounds to me like they need new and better leaders on their team.
Poor service, over priced for salad and just not a great experience. I would steer clear. Chipotle and Firehouse are right there and provide better options then an overpriced, low-end salad.
Live bugs in the salad and both the “delivery problem” person and the store manager were rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I got $3 back from door dash for this overpriced bug show. The manager of the store said she couldn’t refund and was even giggling! Before this, we were regulars. Never. Again.
Staff are awesome and the food is prepared quickly. It is kind of expensive but all the veggies were very fresh
My wife loves Mad Greens. She never tires of the salads. I, however, don't want a salad 24/7. Today she suggested (sigh) Mad Greens again. I looked at the menu and saw Mac and Cheese. A light in the darkness. I ordered the BBQ Mac. It was pretty good. Not the absolute best Mac and cheese I've ever put in my mouth, but it wasn't a salad. Thanks for thinking of me.
