This is not your local Mexican dive. Prices are about $20 a plate but worth every penny. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The flavors well balanced and the menu has a good variety of choices. The cucumber cocktail was refreshingly delicious and the Cadillac margarita was quite good as well. The ambiance was fun as well. This is a gem of a place.

The recommendation to eat at Los Tarascos was spot on! We were seated quickly and the service was quality. I was all about the queso and then the margarita arrived. I thought it couldn't get better until our food arrived. Everything we ordered was delicious. Everything. 12/10 recommend. Can't rave about Los Tarascos enough.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t waste your money! I went in with a party of 3 and we all took one bite and realized that Taco Bell can do it better. The beans were awful, the stake was so chewy and cold, the rice was sour and beyond that nothing had flavor. Service took forever and they weren’t busy at all. I’m not impressed and this was my second chance with this place. Super gross.

I was super excited about their taco burria as advertised everywhere. What I got was definitely not taco birria's. More like pork tacos with some chicken soup tasting dip. Watress said this is how they make their burria tacos. No flavoring at all on the taco shells. Disappointed in my tacos but the rest was pretty good.

Excellent service and authentic food!

Where are my lavender drink lovers at? The Lavender Margarita at Los Tarascos is worth every penny!I also love their complimentary chips and salsa. The chips they serve are just excellent. Truly a cut above other Mexican restaurants in Fort Collins. But the real star of the show is the margarita. Seriously, go get try one!Enjoy!

It's a popular place so there was a wait (30ish minutes) but we walked around the neighborhood as it was a lovely evening and enjoyed the area. The food was delicious! The chips and green salsa were an excellent combo of crispy chip and slightly spiced salsa. We both had fajitas, steak and veggie. Both were very tasty and full of flavor. The margaritas were wonderful as well. Highly recommend eating here.

Not Authentic Mexican. I was disappointed. Nothing special for birthdays no fried ice cream. Place has potential. Menu was boring. Service was 5 star. We basically bought what was available.

We were REALLY excited when our chips & salsa came out with HOT chips & a green salsa & a red one too! Unfortunately neither the chips or either salsa had any salt! All 3 were actually REALLY bland! I ordered the Chicken Soup, which at $11 a bowl, should come with a little more than overcooked rice, a handful of chicken, & a rather underseasoned broth. My dinner of Quail Asada was really delicious even though my corn tortillas left a lot to be desired. One of my friend's had a Quesadilla with Steak which was very tasty! Unfortunately my other friend was really dissatisfied with his Cheese Enchiladas with red sauce! It was completely bland, & the cheese wasn't completely melted either. We ordered a Cheese Relleno ala carte to try which was yummy as well. We were all used to a breaded relleno so when ours came un-breaded & with a creamé sauce we were nervous, however it was pleasantly devoured! So with all that being said that's why I'm only leaving a 3/5 ⭐... Perhaps next time I'm in the neighborhood I will have to try this place again.

Was treated like a Queen on special occasions more than once! My favorite for “most authentic” and delicious Mexican restaurant in FC. Get the mango margs —I swear they are hangover free!
