Excelente customer service and tasty sweets ?
The praline pecan ice cream with waffle cone is soo yummy. One of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever had ice cream at!
Sweet! Today, they were making giant two pound chocolate Easter rabbits and explained the process to us even tho we were there for fudge. This shop always smells amazing as you pass by. It’s well worth a stop!
We went in looking to get some cute sweets for a photoshoot. The employee was so helpful and she was able to show us all the possible options that could fit our project. I’ll definitely be dropping by before Valentine’s Day
Maybe provide masks! You would think that a company wouldn't want to say goodbye to 7 ice cream cones because 1 person doesn't have a mask and is willing to wear one! Rude customer service by the boy that was working there! You would think that you want to keep all your customers for when this pandemic is over! I won't spend a dime at anymore kilwins over this visit! And I go there often! Will no longer talk good about kilwins either!
The ice-cream is excellent. Tonight's experience should embarrass the owners. It rained and hailed (barely bigger than sleet) for about 30 minutes at 7:30. We had a guest from out of town and my daughter who just broke her elbow yesterday to Kilwins to get some ice-cream. We walked in just before 8:00. (They close in theory at 9:00) We were very obviously disturbing the two workers that were there. We were then told that they were closing early because of the weather. Seriously? Rain? One worker said they could help us, then proceeded to tell us we couldn't eat the ice cream there. So, my daughter who had a half cast on was supposed go eat in the rain? My senior guest was supposed to eat in the rain? Would it have caused any issues besides two people getting off early, to let us eat some ice-cream? I guess business is good enough to drive people off who come in when it's raining. This is just pathetic customer service!
Wish they had gluten free cones like walrus, but the ice cream is way better here.
We stopped by on a Sunday evening and had some delicious ice cream as we strolled through Fort Collins. Good flavors and good service!

Only place in town that offered sugar free ice cream and candy. They both were amazing and delicious! Thank you for supporting my Keto lifestyle! Staff was very friendly too!
