So delicious! Great service and superior pizza. We enjoyed the garlic bread with marinara, a margherita pizza and the four cheese pizza. The four cheese was my favorite with the creamy ricotta and I occasionally dipped it in the delicious and flavorful marinara. I'd driven by here for a few years and am disappointed that I missed out all that time. I will be back and bringing my family when they come to visit from out of state.
We were traveling through the area and decided to give this place a try. The pizza was delicious and made to order exactly how we wanted it. We ordered another pizza to take with us to eat on the road. It was just as good cold as it was at the restaurant. We will definitely stop in on our next trip through.
Absolutely phenomenal pizza. Fresh ingredients that made for the perfect combination of a light and airy feel while still being packed with flavor. An absolute gem and one that I look forward to enjoying many times more!
JJ's has the best wood fired pizza in Fort Coliins. It's best to eat in - in order to get what you want. I usually order to go, and often get home missing items from my order. When they are busy they sometimes lack consistency. But their food can be really good. Just eat in, if you can find a seat on a Friday or Sat. night after work.
Looking for a great woodfired pizza? This is the place! Hands-down the freshest ingredients, the most perfect thin crust, the service was excellent and even though the place looks like a truck-stop, it was clean! Highly recommend??????

Awesome pizza! It gets 4 stars only because the inside of the pizza is soggy. A 5 star pizza has a crispy crust from the tip to the mound. Also, the cheese and toppings slide off the crust easily due to the grease.Regardless, incredible flavor. Best pizza in FoCo no doubt.
Order your pizza well done and you'll get a beautifully charred crust. Crust was just the right thickness, quality toppings. Highly recommend.
Very surprised in a great way! Wasn't expecting much of a pizzaria at the gas station, but had high hopes for the wood fired oven. The 4 cheeses pizza is delicious, light flavor, the dough is so airy and tasty. Salads are ready at the cashier to pick up. Nice ambiance as well. Will return for sure and try some of the beers.
Exceptional pies, made to order, fest ambience and deserts. I tried a custom pie with white sauce , aragula, jalapenos and capers which was dreamy. I tried a slice of their margarita and that was perfect as well, with enough hint of sweet fresh milk and tomatoes. Lively with great staff and large tables for big groups.
