When did you guys started giving out significant less portions but decided on still charging the same $9 for a sad sandwich ?Well you guys lost another costumer.

Sloppy work and smaller portions. Jimmy Johns "freaky fast" hurts the quality they put out.
Always love Jimmy John's. But it seems their sandwiches are getting smaller. Always used to not be able to finish a J.j gargantuan in one sitting. But now I can with ease.
I hope you like bread because this is what you get for a $14 sandwich!
BEWARE OF ASHLYNN!!!!When I called and checked in my order that was taking over an hour to leave the store the manager (Ashlynn) told me that they didn’t want to deliver because my cash payment said leave at door for delivery notes. So I asked if there was any compensation for the wait and she proceeded to get very upset with me for asking that. Then told me she refused to send out my food after I said I’d happily have the driver come to my door and I’ll even tip extra good because of the tough day. She then hung up on me and when I called back she then told me “I’m too old for this and have a small penis”. I was just trying to get my food and did not say one personal thing to this woman to offend her. She also said she’s not worried about losing job because she just got promoted. I don’t believe any manager should use this language and get away with it. Especially for something so minuscule. I ended up escalating to the Owner of the store and I hope to hear back soon.
It's been literally years since I went to a Jimmy John's that actually was fast enough to make me freak. Haha. The team at this JJs location was precise, friendly and so fast! Excellent work.
The manager named Ashlynn is VERY rude and treats her job like it’s something she can’t lose. Personally insults customers when they do nothing wrong and just have a question about a mess up on their order. Hopefully she gets what’s coming to her soon. Definitely needs some humbling.

Paid 11 bucks for a sandwich alone. bread was stale and hard. meat was mediocre. Subway is definitely better.
Delivered in exactly 10 minutes. My mind is blown. Great food and super fast, as they say. Will be ordering regularly from now on.
