Really disappointed in the interaction I just witnessed between the manager and an employee. The manager was very unprofessional, talking down the the teenager about his skills in a very unkind way-all of which was in front of his peers and myself. I was the only person in the restaurant and the manager didn’t notice me. In the short time I was there he went and talked to the kid twice in a very rude and demeaning way. Won’t be coming back after seeing how he treats his young employees.
I've never been let down by Mike's until now. This experience felt like Mom & Pop decided to run a fast food restaurant with no idea how to. Pop wrote your order down and handed it off to a young woman who looked like a deer in headlights. I proceeded on to Mom at the register and had to tell her what I had ordered. A woman in line before us was still waiting after we got our sandwiches. Turned out I got her sandwich...not the bread I ordered. So 2 medium sandwiches and 1 mini 2 drinks and a generous tip. I was out $40. and got sick as well. ?
Ordered online, got there at about 3:15. Was told they hadn't started my food,had to ask about my order several times and finally got my food at 3:47. They were out of white bread but didn't let us know, so they just made the sandwiches on different bread without asking. They drenched my sandwich with oil, it was soggy and disgusting. The employees were rude and all 3 kept walking away to hang out in the back while people waited. They were doing so bad at their job that they didn't realize they gave us our drinks and chips twice. They slammed the bag of food down and walked away, so we didn't get a chance to let them know of their mistake.
Went in about a week ago. Spent almost thirty dollars on a single sandwich on Grubhub, bread was God awful, burnt looked like and tasted terrible and fell apart so I ended up having the throw away about 3/4 of the sandwich. Sent a complaint on their online website never heard back from them, contacted their Facebook, never heard back finally after 3 weeks got a condescending message from the GM told him my issue never heard back from him either. The food is usually decent but this is some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Won't be returning.
The OLDER MAN WHO WORKS HERE IS SO SO SO RUDE, I really can’t believe it. He said mean things to me when I was picking up my order. I really hope he understands how to treat young ladies & people in general. He was very rude and his words were not acceptable, All I did was pick up an order that was placed . I can’t believe this disrespectful older man’s behavior, wow, amazing food .. I’ll never return here again
Walked in for the first time, and left a 20% tip only to arrive home without the brownies I purchased. Plus reminded them the last time I ordered from the app received two teas without lemon. I found out why they don't have a single bottle of green leaf with lemon anywhere in the store!
I havent had Jersey Mike's for a while and now I know what I was missing. Great tasting sandwiches!
They just got a new fresh redesign at this location. Plenty of place to sit and enjoy a famous Mike’s Way sandwich. Out of all the locations in Northern Colorado this us by far my favorite.I did the #8 Mikes Way add pickles. Bread is always cooked well, fresh ingredients and service with a smile. Very clean location and get the points to work up to a free sandwich.
Several customers standing around waiting without masks on, and the employee slicing the lunch meats was leaning over the slicer with his nose hanging out of his mask breathing on the food. Walked out, no thanks.
I love Jersey Mikes. I have been to many all over colorado and west coast. This was the first one that I will never return to. The food was fine. It was the service. I had ordered online for pick up and on the way to pick up my order ended up meeting someone there. There were two people a head of us. I went up to the register to ask about our pick up order. I was ignored and than when someone acknowledged me she was annoyed and rolled her eyes when I asked about our to go order. She was making to go orders while my friends snadwhich sat there and he stood there for almost 10 minutes with no one else in line for one sandwhich. There were three workers. While we sat and ate I heard one of the people taking orders hassling every couple that came in that ordered a large sandwhich that they were splitting. There was barely anyone in there and it was taking 10 to 15 mins per sandwhich they made. I was shocked how slow they were. Bummer I tipped well for the to go order and now wish I had not tipped at all. Rude and horrible customer service. If you like Jersey mikes go to a different location especially if you are trying to have a quick lunch.
