I am very surprised to see the amount of bad reviews this place has. I absolutely love going to Insomnia Cookies. They are my favorite cookies and they aren't super expensive. They are always warm and gooey and I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my cookies to be given to me. I would always go really late at night and the only issue I ran into was when the mask mandate was in place again and I was told in a rude way to get out, but I did not take it personally since It is located in a college town and some college students can be A**holes. I wish there were more insomnia cookies rather than crumbl cookies. this is a perfect place to go to for a late night snack.
Tried to order cookies in a hurry in order to catch a bus. There was a big order in front of mine, and the lady ho placed it graciously offered to let me get served before her, but the counter worker flat-out refused. It was bizarre.
My poor husband went everywhere to find a cookie cake for my birthday. He found this place. Nothing like a raw cookie cake and a crestfallen husband for your birthday to ring in another year. The corporate office gave a refund but I doubt anyone at the store gets actual feedback based on the reviews for the raw food being sold. I did try to eat it anyway (I thought cookie dough should be fine.) I did get sick. That’s my fault but seriously don’t eat it if it’s raw.
I feel like insomnia used to be good. But this order I got tonight was awful. Took almost an hour and a half to get the cookies and ice cream. My ice cream was supposed to be cake batter with M&Ms but I got chocolate with brownie pieces, and the cookies were cold. They have continuously gotten worse with each order. Can’t believe I wasted $28.
Took over an hour for delivery and they forgot half of the order. When I asked the delivery person about the ice cream, she said she would go get it and then as I walked inside I heard her call me a b****. (she never came back either) When I called the restaurant to tell them it was so late, they had no reason or excuse. Truly horrible experience. NEVER ordering again
the vegan chocolate chip is heavenly. you wouldn’t even know there are no animal products used. the birthday cake flavor is also godly.
I love them like to the point where I am glad I spend a great deal of time at the gym but the reason for only 4 stars comes down to customer service is a bit hit or miss (some days it's excellent and others not so much). Their cookies are always warm but the brownies are again bit or miss.I will be back regardless
I've ordered from this location before with no issues, but it seems they've now shrunken their delivery area which now excludes me. Guess I won't be ordering as often any more.
I was hesitant because they're expensive but these are some of the most intensely decadent cookies I've ever had. Four stars for lack of espresso which I feel like is an obvious pairing for this shop.
Ordered cookies at 10:25pm. after waiting a hour with no update called Insomnia. After being on hold for 5 minutes someone answered then hung up on me. So I called back and waited on hold for another 8 minutes for someone in a call center to answer the phone and tell me the fort collins location closed early but still allowed me to order for tonight anyway. I feel very scammed and won't be ordering from insomnia again.
