Food was good. Service was not so great. They lost our order and had to wait a long time after asking about order. Out of syrup and had to go get waiter to get some. He did apologize and said he was new
Small potions and OUTRAGOUS prices. $4 for a piece of toast? We live in Colorado Springs and our IHOPs give much larger portions for way less money. I almost choked when I got the bill. You pay this much or 4 people at a nice steak house, not an IHOP.
I walked into the establishment with my 3 year old son to have a father son breakfast. After we stood there at the front for at least 3 mins with no one to greet us or even acknowledge us, finally a someone came to let us know someone would be with us soon. We waited another 5 or so minutes and still nothing. I can't comment on the quality of the food or service from that point because I decided to walk out. We went right down the street to 1st Watch where we were greeted very nicely by a hostess that remembered my son giving it a personal experience and got us seated right away. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience at this place. They are clearly completely understaffed and for the most part the wait staff is nice but there aren't enough of them to provide customers with a quality customer service experience. Not to mention that higher quality breakfast places like 1st watch or Doug's Diner are very close by for similar prices. Will not be going back.
The night manager was awesome and so was the rest of the staff. Very friendly staff and always asking if I was alright and something more. This IHOP is one of the better ones I have came to. I would refer this IHOP to anyone.
We brought in a rather large group and the staff provided amazing service very quickly! Our server was Tabitha and she was so friendly and attentive. The GM Carrie was also extremely helpful at getting our party in on short notice.
Omg! Traveling to Idaho and Stopped to rest in Ft. Collins,CO. Across the street from the motel is IHOP we were tired and hungry. My sister and I ordered the Chk fried steak ??? Worst piece of meat I've ever been served! They burned the eggs and toast, hash browns were only thing eatable. I take that back,my sister ate the pancakes. Worse food ever! $30 definitely not worth the money! I'm a fan of IHOP great pancakes, as for their other food ❓❓❓
Overall, a great experience. The place looked moderately busy, however service was quick and attentive. Our server, Tabitha (sorry if I might have mis-spelled your name) had the coolest hair, and the coolest personality. No one likes a robot, and she delivered -- a real human person just like me! I am also a customer service person in my job, and I recognize good service when I see it.Food was quick to arrive, and spot-on. The Tres Leches pancakes were a new thing to me, and just... wow. I have no words to describe how good this was. It was a very different flavor, and it just worked.Mom had the senior breakfast plate, and she was equally pleased. Perfectly over-medium eggs, and bacon that was cooked just right -- not super crisp, not underdone. Thanks, you guys and girls!
The waitress was good and so nice. My eggs, pancakes, and hash browns were good. The country fried steak wasn't anything special. It was like they pulled it out of the freezer and put it in the microwave. My dad ordered his eggs over medium and they came out hard which was not what he was hoping for, but he said it was fine. I'm sure I'd go back, but I'd order something else.
IHOP just sucks now. I went in today and their scrambled eggs were super dry & Everything is just bland and boring. There are much better breakfast places than this. No more, my standards are way high.
I have the Spicy Pablamo omelet regularly. I always emphasize cooking it “soft” because most cooks overcook the eggs! Until today every omlet was perfect! Something different today as not as moist and something was off!
