Brisket was done just right. Great bark with tender meat.
I paid $12 for a brisket sandwich and it was >70% fat. The sandwich was piled pretty well, but there was only about one piece of actual meat. Very disappointing. Service was friendly though.
I had pulled pork. Friend had blackened chicken. Service was quick and friendly..Food plentiful. Excellent meal!!
I called in an order Friday for me and my buddy that was coming in from out of town. I showed up at 5:30 and because they have no idea when you will actually be there, they wait to package it or they did for me. So everything was fresh and just made and man the ribs... man the ribs... It's Sunday and I'm just eating the last of the half rack I can't stay away from the ribs.
BBQ is never going to get better than this in Fort Collins. Diamond in the rough. Love the daily specials and the staff are amazing.
After our first “ stand for freedom “ rally braving the elements for 3.5 hours, friend and I were famished. My friends co workers had been there the day before and she was told it was great bbq. Let me say Hog Wild BBQ was the best bbq I’ve had since my go to Big Jakes on the Big Island. Chris, keep that pit fired up brother~ you’ve got two new customers ??
It may not be real fancy but the food is great and very quick. HW BBQ has been a favorite of mine for many years.

If you think you've had good barbeque and haven't eaten here, then you haven't had the best. I've eaten barbeque all over this nation. Hog Wild is probably one of the top 3 in the Nation. Seriously, get there and see for yourself.
Came in for lunch and got the special (large pulled pork sandwich with a giant helping of slaw in it) with a side of mac and cheese. Staff was personable even with the lunch rush happening. The sandwich had great flavor but I personally added onion and jalapeno from their fixin' station for a bit more fire. The mac and cheese was different than I expected but tasty...sadly, it comes in a very small cup. I will be back soon!
