We had a super early breakfast catering order for 40+ people. Gib's had everything ready to go for us as soon as we arrived for pickup. Everything was prepared exactly as ordered, hot, and tasty!
Another place that values online orders Over people in store. After ordering we watched 6 online orders be made (none were picked up) while we and 4 others sat at tables waiting for our food to be made. Pretty sad you can order from your car and get it faster then walking in and communicating face to face.

If you send out birthday rewards over email, you really need to honor them… even if “the system won’t let you.” Not great on the customer service. Very nice people otherwise.
As an immune compromised customer, I find it very unprofessional and dangerous to see multiple employees not wearing masks during the current mask mandate. Not only were multiple employees not wearing masks properly, they allowed multiple customers to enter and order without masks. Pretty sad to see such a blatant disregard for public health and safety. I’ll definitely not be returning to this location again.

Bagel cut paper thin on one side and crazy thick on the other so one side was a bagel chip and the other like it wasn't toasted at all. The sandwich itself is half the size of the shields location. Definitely a huge waste of money and they obviously do not care about quality at all
Best Chai tea I've had. Bagel bite was perfect sweet treat.
Long line but moves quick. Great bagels and great selection of them. Good coffee, good cream cheeses.
