Love the vibe in this place. They have indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of parking. I’ve loved everything on the menu And I’ve been here several times.Unfortunately, I visited here today and ordered a veggie panini and after about 30 minutes of waiting, I asked the cashier if he knew about how much longer it would be for my sandwich. He said “I think she’s just finishing it up now so it should be out shortly” … some time later he reapproached me at my table to say “I’m really sorry but I messed up your sandwich so it’s gonna be a while longer”. I totally understand mistakes happen and sometimes things are slow, but I’m on my lunch break and I’ve now been here nearly 45 minutes and still no food. I’m beyond annoyed. I think it would have been appropriate to offer me a comped meal or a discount for next time or something?!?Again, I love this place and want to come back but this experience is making me feel the opposite ☹️Update *** I appreciate the gesture of offering a free meal but I have reached out via the contact us on your website asking how I should go about getting a comped meal, but no response. It’s been several weeks. Not sure what else to do. Would appreciate you reaching out. Thank you.
Genoa Coffee and Wine is by far my favorite place to grab a coffee. The interior is beautiful, the drinks delicious, and I’ve never had a bad experience there. The coffee is far superior to the glorified sugar-milk that you might get served at a “coffee” shop elsewhere. This is because the coffee is not overly sweet, and the flavor complements the bitterness. Overall, this is probably the best coffee shop that I’ve found thus far in Fort Collins. My only qualm is that they started opening a bit later than what allows me to frequent the place, but I suppose that makes it more enjoyable when I can make it.
We went to get coffee after picking up our cats ashes from the vet next door. The batistas had excellent suggestions when we were indecisive about our order and they brought our coffee to us when we sat outside in the sun. Awesome little cafe for a date or a business meeting, highly recommend!
Great chai tea. Great little coffee place to sit with a friend and catch up. Food has been very good too. The chocolate no flour torte was delicious.
I seriously can't say enough about this place. The coffee and food are truly delicious, and the staff is amazing! It's by far the best cafe in town!
Genoa coffee and wine makes each visit memorable. The food, drinks, and staff are fantastic. They even host events like trivia or painting.
Wonderful and friendly cafe with a great atmosphere and awesome staff. They are also incredibly generous to the community as well, platforming artists and donating to schools. As a member of FCHS Tri-M, I can't thank this business enough for what it, and it's owner, Katherine, have done for our organization. Really awesome people and I highly recommend them if you want a nice place to go at any time of day where you know your money's not only going into (not literally lol) quality food and/or beverages, but also towards the local community. This place definitely deserves these stars. Thank you so much for being an awesome part of our community!

Always an enjoyable experience at Genoa. In my eyes they are the friendliest cafe in FoCo.(bring back the tiramisu latte please it's so goOD) ??Jill is an angel and makes the BEST lunches
My first time here and loved it! The owner has invited me many times to stop by and I'm glad i did so today. Had a little of a wait, but it was noon and the lunch crowd was arriving. It was definitely worth the wait though, as I had a delicious BLT sandwich on wheat bread and a cappuccino. The meal came with a tasteful pasta salad that was homemade, and the owner even offered a free dessert for my wait (which I declined, as it was not necessary). Not a coffee drinker? Then stop by later in the day and order a nice glas of wine or a beer crafted locally. I look forward to returning and wlll try their brownie next time. Thanks for a wonderful experience!(I failed to mention, they have artwork throughout the shop from various local artists for sale.)
