I actually used to work here in 2021, and I’m sorry to break it to you, but this place’s kitchen is downright unsanitary. They would schedule three of us at a time to run the whole store, so there was never the option for any of us to clean because we all had to handle food and line; there was no time to clean EVER. I tell everyone I know not to go there because it should have already been shut down by the Health Department.As an employee, new employees would normally quit after 2 weeks to a month because of how poorly we were treated. My coworker who was a manager actually shut the restaurant down mid day during a lunch rush and quit on the spot because of how poorly treated we were. She couldn’t handle it anymore.Please stay away for two reasons:1. For your health2. To boycott the mistreatment of those who still work there.
When Uber eats messed up, the manager Vanessa came through! The Uber eats driver grabbed the wrong order and delivered it and when I called the store Vanessa offered to personally deliver the right order to my house! Super appreciative of her customer service! Will definitely be returning!
Really good food and friendly service-- the staff are always so friendly and helpful in a way that's noticable. The food is also so tasty and falafel and baba ganoush are my favorites. French fries are surprisingly tasty too with a slightly spicy spice blend.The dining room is almost always kind of dirty though with tables and booths not wiped down-- but we usually do take out anyway so five stars.
I Love Garbanzo Mediterranean except this location. They were out of Falafel & couldn't do the feisty fries either. The organic ice tea was good & that's about it.
Previously, I have enjoyed this restaurant for a little healthier option for a fast lunch, but things seem to have been going downhill over the past few months. While I understand staffing challenges, and can be flexible on wait times with that in mind, it still doesn't make their poor customer service, rushed/thrown together food, and lack of quality control acceptable. In my opinion, there is a way to maintain standards despite the inventory and staff shortages. I will not be going back.
Food was alright but the employee Jack is so friendly it made up for it. His wonderful service was so over the top impressive I was awestruck. When my car broke down in the parking lot, he attempted to fix it on his lunch break, and they purchased me a new one when it still didn't work. I was still in a slightly sour mood so he purchased me a puppy to cheer me up. Would give 6 stars if the dog was cuter.
I like Garbanzo but this location isn’t just dirty, it’s beyond filthy. Tables are sticky. The door has had the same filth on it over months. Floors are dirty when it opens in the morning. It clearly hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long, long time. If the kitchen is similarly dirty then this just isn’t a safe place to eat. I’m not coming here anymore.
Food has always been on point for this chain store. Unfortunately they have declared chapter 12 company wide. That being said, I do not know what the future of this establishment means. But, as for my family and I we sure hope they stick around! Keep up the great work! ❤️
Garbanzo Mediterranean is my go-to spot in Fort Collins when I want a healthy, yummy, quick lunch or dinner. As a vegetarian, I love the selection, and it just tastes really good!
This used to be our favorite restaurant when we went to Ft. Collins but out recent visit since the beginning of the pandemic was terrible. One worker behind the counter made up the orders and handled the cash register...wearing the same gloves for everything. She handled the pits bread and many other foodstuffs with those dirty gloves hands. She was overworked and unable to perform her duties properly. I do not blame her for the inferior quality of the food nor the filthy accommodations. I blame the owners and will not go back. Hopefully we don't get sick from our experience. It is safe they can mess up a vegetarian meal so badly.
