We ordered online a bit late on a Monday night and just missed the 8:30 pm cutoff. Our order got bumped to the next day, but the wonderful staff still made our order for us same night with only 10 minutes to close. Thank you Joseph and Miranda!

Prices are outrageous. No meat on it... 13.00 for a sandwich? What planet am I living on? Oh the Fort Collins.. one ? didn't come with a drink or anything. Mostly lettuce on it Had to try to find the meat. Not worth it. Won't be going here again.... Adjust your prices... Bc it is simply not worth it. ??? The pics they show are not what you get... ??? I had no bacon on mine and it said club with bacon. ?
Always quality. Friendly staff that seems happy to be there. Good spot here.

Good place to eat, my son likes the meatballs but we can’t order just a side of them so it’s pretty expensive to feed him here.
I like the subs but boy are they slow. And I saw an employee come out of the bathroom (he was using the restroom, not cleaning it), wearing his apron, then proceeded to make sandwiches wearing that same apron. Ew!!!
Food was awesome! Service was great. Fast and efficient. Recommend the BBQ brisket and the NY steamer. Loved everything!
EDIT to Ann in guest services. Please read full review. The sandwiches were made poorly and incorrect. Nothing to do with timely delivery. Did the dasher make the sandwich??? You clearly don't care if I give Firehouse another chance seeing as you didn't even read this review.Why do you always forget my full order when you give my food to the dasher!? Extremely rude and unprofessional. You had one job.
I ordered some food, 4 meals. I hadn't paid over the phone and it was getting close to 9. So I called to see if I could pay over the phone while I was on my way there so I could just grab it and go. The guy that answered was extremely rude, told me to just pay when I get there and excentuated how they close at 9 twice, i told him I was literally 2 mins away. I literally arrived at 9:01. The doors were locked and both the people working were visible, the girl looked at me and went back to doing what she had been doing. I didn't get my food. I'll never go back there with that kind of customer service. Not impressive.
