Best location I've been to, never had an order wrong, always tasted great. Staff always kind even in a rush. I've had issues with a few locations in the past but never this one even once. If you're in Fort Collins and want firehouse, go to this one.

Used to love this place. But recent experience gives you 2 stars. Ordered online with a 20 minute pickup time. Arrived early. Watched others come in, order, and receive their order before me. At the pickup time I had not received my order so I went to ask about it. They acknowledged they had it and it took another 10 minutes to get it out. Meanwhile other orders of those who came in and ordered were completed while I still waited. Not sure how you organize the online orders but it doesn’t work.
The toasted sub was amazing. First time there. But super expensive almost $30 for a big sandwich and a medium sandwich meal
Exactly what I want from a sub. Got the turkey bacon ranch and it was delicious. So delicious in fact that I’m going to come back tomorrow and try a different one.Careful ordering the large, they are massive.
First time trying their sandwiches. Had read where they had the best tuna salad sub. So I tried itt and it was okay. It did not live up to the hype it was given. Fast and friendly service but I thought they were priced on the high side. Without some kind of special offers, I probably would not return
this right here is a turkey bacon ranch and when i tell you this is the best sandwhich i have ever eaten. so good that i’m leaving a review. so good i be getting a large just so i can look forward to eating it later.go buy this and thank me later

Normally I have a good experience but this time was not good. There were 4 people working and no one acknowledged me while I stood there waiting to order. I worked retail for 20 years...if you are busy or new...at least acknowledge that someone is there at minimum. One person was on the phone ...the rest randomly walked around. The person who rung me up came from the back.... Poor service. Waited for a few minutes before being helped Disappointing.
This location ALWAYS has great service when I’m in there. Clean establishment. Food is a little on the pricey end but every sub I’ve had from here has been delicious and filling.
