First off great service, friendly staff. However the food not so much. The philly was one note, not much flavor. The bread got soggy incredibly fast as well. The breaded mushrooms where also not great, they were still frozen in the center which was unfortunate. The few small ones that were cooked were not prepared great. As in soggy and full of gray goo. Maybe the other food is better, but I would not recommend.
After the long drive from Ohio this was one of the better sandwiches I've ever had it was just the right size all the right meat and the pasta salad on the side was perfect and they were very pleasant people that I talked to they treated me like a friend not just a custom
I did not go into this establishment on this occasion. I did patronize the establishment quite some time ago. I can only say that the food was very good. Don't really remember anything about the cost.
Excellent food and service. Staff friendly and down to earth. A+ value. 5 stars. Something for everyone. Best sammich shop in Northern Colorado.
Just very ok for us. We ordered 2 small sandwiches, one regular sandwich and 2 verrry small sides and it was over $50. The sandwiches were just ok. You want it to be good so badly because it's a cool little sandwich shop but my chicken parmigiana sandwich didn't even have real chicken. It's like strips of processed chicken like you get at fast food. Eh.. I wouldn't go back for the price we paid overall. Also the front lady working took my side of cheese curds before I was done with it, without asking if I was done. Urrrgh! The curds were the best part of this whole place. This is my #1 pet peeve at restaurants!! She was helpful, overly. Like a watch dog. I didn't care for that level of her standing over our table basicly while we were eating. When I pay 6 dollars for 11 cheese curds, I want to eat all 11. Dangit. Lol
This is a nice little sandwich shop, with incredibly friendly staff. I really enjoy the sandwiches here, my favorite being the eggplant parmesan. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because sometimes the egg plant parmesan sandwich is a bit too greasy still. The cheese curds and truffle parm chips are delicious!
Last weekend I ordered sandwiches for a family gathering. The person taking the order was helpful and it was ready at the pickup time I requested. All of it was exactly as I ordered and my group commented that the food was delicious. Thank you, Elevated, for surpassing my expectations!
I have loved Italian beef for years. I have gone to dozens of locations looking for decent Italian beef. Since I'm from Indiana, I look for Italian beef when I'm on the road. I was pleasantly surprised to find this beef in Ft Collins. The bread was a bit doughy, but it did hold the broth well. The giardiniera was average and not really inspired. The broth was not substantial, but still tasty. The beef really sells this sandwich.If you are in Colorado looking for a decent Chicago beef, this is pretty good
Drove up from Denver with the intentions of eating somewhere else.... And boy am I glad we chose Elevated!! We ended up getting a chicken and a beef cheese steak. Both with pasta salad. We also got the fried mushrooms. I'm a super picky fat kid and the mushrooms were amazing!! We will def be back!
This place is really really good. Also I don’t feel like I’m breaking the bank when I go here for a sandwich craving.
