I never have had a bad experience at this dutch bros. The customer service is next to none and the staff are always happy to engage with you and brighten up your day with wide smiles and friendly conversation. The drinks are very sugary and I wish dutch bros would have some more low calorie or low sugar options so this is definitely more of a treat place for me than a place to get my daily coffee. Prices are on the higher side and they don't offer drip coffee, only their sweet energy drinks and espresso based drinks. The cold brew is okay but nothing to write home about on its own and often gussied up with more sweet fluff.

Why Dutch for me? Sure, the drinks are phenomenal, but it is the positivity, the vibe, the energy that gives it 5 stars. I sit in the lobby to simply soak it in and be reminded of all the things that there are to be thankful for. That there are people and places that can positively impact others just by their attitude and service. If you need a pick-me-up in your day, a drink in the lobby to soak in the positivity, this specific Dutch Bros on Elizabeth is a great way to find that.
First time here. I felt positive vibes only. All the workers were nice. Didn’t know what to get so I listened to the person who took my order and got what was recommended. I’ll go back. I am a coffee and cold drink person. Y’all make sure y’all tip. I did. Nice experience.
They consistently mess up and ruin my day. After I ask for it to be fixed, they give me a worse drink than what I had before. I’ve worked in coffee for 3 years and it’s not hard to fill orders half decently. This has gone on for months I’m never going again.
Great selection and customizations (compared to Starbucks right across the street). The baristas as great with drinks and much better than almost any other chain coffee shops!
I've never been to a Dutch Bros before and was pleasantly surprised by their iced coffee. I also liked that this location has a good seating area inside for doing work and meeting with friends.
The coffee is good (i mean, of course it is, it's Dutch). But the music is SO LOUD that it's not the spot to try and work remotely or do homework, even with noise-canceling headphones. (Especially when the team starts screaming the lyrics.)

Staff is always very friendly and happy to help. A server went through ALL of the options with me very patiently and helped me build a great latte. The quality of the coffee is noticeable. I would absolutely consider myself a convert to here from Starbucks.
