This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a drive through!My order was taken by Kyla, one of the sweetest humans I’ve met in a very long time.We had a brief though incredibly intentional conversation that was vastly encouraging, and then she bought me my drink! She even left a wonderful note on the lid!Good customer service is one thing, but it’s rare to find true kindness. Thank you Kyla! And thank you Dutch Bros for not only having AWESOME coffee, but for training your employees to share the commodity of kindness!
I love Dutch Brothers but this location is pretty bad about service. I understand that part of the schtick is the kids are friendly and ask you about your day and all that. But more than once I have sat in line while these kids flirt with their friends and talk holding up the line. I understand it's fun for them but I'm a grumpy old man and I need my coffee in the morning!
This morning I probably had the best experience at a Dutch Bros yet. I wish I had gotten the name of the barista who assisted me because she truly was amazing. She was not only friendly from the start early in the morning but she actually listened to me 1. About the drink I was looking for (I have a cold and I usually order the same coffee and have never really had the tea so I asked for her opinion) and 2. My severe allergy. She suggested a cinnamon tea with honey and was so kind about ensuring my allergy would be taken serious. Dutch Bro’s is the only place I’ve found personally where I can order coffee (and feel safe and secure) to-go anymore with my food allergy because I notice they show true concern over it and never blow off me asking for them to make a note or wash anything. To them it may seem like a small act adding that little note but to someone with a food allergy who often feels bad for making them have to do an extra step, it means more than they know. There is a million good things I could say about my visit today that’s how pleasant she was towards me.
Lots of cars ahead of us, moved quick! Employees had a fun, infectious attitude. Delicious coffee!
The only reason I ever come here is because it's the closest place to my work that does the energy drink infusion. In general I don't like their food or their drinks. What I dislike the more is the aggressive friendliness and the15 minute wait while you watch them chat with every customer in front of you. Then they try to act like you're there for a friend and you're heart's desire is to tell them about your life...you were just hoping they would ask. It's obvious they're trained and encouraged to act like this but I hate it.maybe I'm a grouchy old lady but I prefer the food, drinks and understated niceness of the folks at Ziggy's coffee or Human Bean...much more genuine
Dutch Bros has the best coffee in town! The drinks are consistently incredible here and the staff are always on top of their game (also very friendly!). Do yourself a favor and try out this gem.
Stopped by to get my free birthday drink. The staff all wished me happy birthday and beyond. Made me a special cup too. Totally made my day! Dutch Bros for life.
My sister recommended the mystical lemonade. It was so good. Ive been back a few times. Dont really drink coffee often so i was happy they offered more than coffee. Price was good and service was amazing!
They always have such great attitudes and it brightens my day everytime! They also have great recommendations if you are not sure of what you want. Definitely worth trying them if you haven't already!
I always love going to this Dutch Bros when I am in Fort Collins, it has some of the friendliest staff that I've ever seen, the vibe here is perfect for that good cup of coffee at anytime of day. Love Dutch Bros and will be back many times to come.
