Always the worst dunkin I’ve been too. I’ve been to it multiple times over the years. Either the coffee isn’t made to the order specification, the sandwiches are burnt, the sandwiches don’t come as ordered, or they’re just not serving any hot food. Save your time and frustrations and go to Starbucks.

I’m giving them two stars just because the doughnuts are decent. When it comes to being ADA compliant this stop fails big time. It a small local with limited parking and one employee probably the manager or owner I would guess since it’s always the same vehicle uses the handicapped parking as their personal parking spot. Right behind the store is the one and only handicap parking spot and this employee always parks in the hashed out area mane for unloading/loading wheelchairs. Also parking there it blocks the only ramp to get onto the sidewalk. Wheelchair users would have to park somewhere else and come in off a busy street just to gain access to the store. Hopefully the management sees this and corrects the issue
Haven't had dunkin in a while due to where I live now. The front store person was super nice and helped me decide which coffee to get. So many choices now!
Wow, I've been to this DD every morning for a month. I'm here working. This morning a guy almost hit me trying to pass me in the drive thru. He cussed at me and said I was going to slow. In the drive thru! Then when I started trying to order he honked his horn so they couldn't hear me. One girl came out and I heard her tell him to leave.Then a couple of others came out and one DD employee told me he wasn't serving me. I guess the trouble maker is a friend of his and he was siding with him. Don't know what I did but I am banned from this DD. 7-11 has good coffee. Upon further research turns out the bad actor is a friend of DD employees. So he can get away with whatever he wants. If you go to this DD beware.
Placed a mobile order while I was at home. Drove to the store, and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so I unloaded my toddler and went inside. Stood at the counter and watched four employees cycle through every car in the drive thru without being acknowledged. So we went and got back in the car and waited through the drive thru. Got to the window and had to sit while they made our order… that we placed twenty minutes ago.
Very disappointed. I know the cost of doing business has and getting ingredients increased, but seriously....the amount of icing on the doughnuts has been reduced to less than half. Barely covers the top leaving a half inch dry ring around the top edge. This is my last trip to my local store.
I have gone to dunkins twice in less then 2 weeks apart recently. First time was evening. I worked at a dunkins so know how fresh they stay and last. Only had holes so got 6. They were dry and gross!! Second attempt was last sunday MORNING. All donuts are real fresh especially at 10 am. Nope all donuts were dried out and not fresh!!Why are you selling dried out donuts when they should be fresh???Bad business!!!
I witnessed the store close just before 6pm tonight despite an advertised 9pm. They probably close at 6pm, but it definitely was not 6pm when I watched a guy walk up and jiggle the door. Beyond this I have performed multiple deliveries through uber eats for these folks and everytime there is a problem with the order they wait until I arrive to inform me and basically push the responsibility of problem solving with the customer entirely on me. In a profession where we are not being paid for orders we do not get to deliver, this business has made it clear it does not want my business. I will be sure to turn down any further orders from this location.
Awful customer service. The coffee is always burnt. Their very disorganized and unaccomodating. I've tried multiple times to give them a chance, but they continue to disappoint. Sad because it used to be my favorite coffee spot.
Been here a few times and twice they were sold out of donuts that we wanted among other things ... I understand supply chains due to covid are tough rn so I'm only knocking off one star plus the staff here is really kind and made my day so id come back. Hopefully their stock improves tho.
