Ordered from this location about 30 minutes ago. Our 3 medium 2 topping pizzas were delivered. First off, all three pizzas were warm at best. Went to open up my wife and I's order and it was clearly dropped at some point. How are we supposed to know none of the pizza fell on the ground? And to still deliver without any dignity to make us a new one?! Definitely lost a regular tonight!!!
Pizza was like an hour late on my last order, when I called to inquire about it not arriving there was no resolution offered even though my kids were waiting to eat and it was now way past bedtime. Even an apology would have been cool with me. I order here often and when I do it's to make things more convenient, apparently not last time.and when the driver did finally arrive he said he was so late because he was sent out on a quad delivery .......crazy.
Worst experience they do not care about there customers or what they order even when we order 2 things. Will never order there again after my pizza is cold charged me for wrong items and manager was super rude and waited for over 30 mins for what was supposed to be delivered.
My Pizza was burned -- cheese burned, spinach was black. And we asked to have them ring and hand us the pizza, like the old days, but driver left it outside and we found it much later, it was cold. I had a good pizza last time we ordered, only reason they got a star.
Good pizza, good crust just don't get yhe wings. I'm not sure if it was just a bad shipment but I got the smallest baby wings I've ever seen in my life, they weren't very tasty either. Everything else was good just not worth the wings.
Recently we've had 2+ hour waits and they've outright cancelled orders. When we've had to wait so long for the pizzas it was obvious that the pizzas were made and out sitting for almost the entire time which obviously led to a bunch of quality issues. They were cold, soggy, pooled sauce, what have you.We have a few free pizzas to make up for it but tonight when I ordered to redeem the credits I got a call back 10 minutes later letting me know they're cancelling my order again. The woman who called was very rude about it (though the original man that took the order was great).I wouldn't recommend this Dominos until they've had some staff changeover or something. At this point I don't even know if I want my free pizzas anymore.
They were very quick! Love that I could order for my daughter and have it delivered to her dorm. Order was perfect!
Have been ordering delivery from this D for years and usually ordered half veg with pepperoni. This time they had not heard of a veg pizza. In hindsight should have taken the hint..An hour later no pizza.Called and learned they failed to get location correct and phone number to call. Promised immediate delivery for free.On time with second effort but cold.Very disappointed as proven by this negative review shared with others.
My neighborhood Domino's is always great! My order comes exactly how I requested. The drivers are always friendly. We order at least a couple of times a month and Domino's is the first choice!
