Such a great place to get coffee and food. Helped me out when no other place would give me water, other places charged 25 cents plus tax for a cup of water or ice yet came here and they were quick to help. Thank you dazbog. God bless such good people

I've been coming here for years, and in the past, I've enjoyed it. The barista's are usually nice and I really like the outdoor patio. We went a couple months ago and the mocha and the latte were both slightly better than warm water. I think the barista's were new, and both seemed clueless.We decided to try it again yesterday. The mocha was better, but the latte was just as blah as it had been the time before. So despite the nice patio and the proximity to the Poudre Trail, we won't be going back.

I haven't been by for quite sometime but when I was homeless the staff didn't treat me any differently than other customers. I will always be grateful!! The Italian sodas taste amazing!! I could always find a laugh and a smile here. Thank you Dazbog ??

Cannot recommend this location. On the morning of Thursday, July 15, I observed a City of Fort Collins employee (who had on a City of Fort Collins T-shirt and got into a landscaping truck with a water tank) behind the counter; making his own beverages. The barista who was the only staff there at that time had no problem with the fact that whomever this was, making drinks, not washing his hands, and NOT an employee but apparently a friend, was violation a whole lot of health and safety codes. I called the corporate HQ at 303-892-9999 and left a message for staff to call me about an concerning health issue in a store. No one called back. The morning of Sunday, July 18, ironically or not, there were ants crawling on the coffee cup lids on the self-serve station. I placed the lid on the counter so the barista could see this without making a scene announcing there are insects crawling in the lids in front of other customers. This same barista from the previous incident - took the cup, looked at it, said nothing, and threw it away. No apology nor concern on her part. She then put a jug of cream on the counter as I ordered a beverage "with room for cream" and walked away so I assumed this is a self-pour your own. As I finished pouring the cream, this woman said "I don't want you to pour that since it goes back behind the counter... FINE, DON'T LISTEN TO ME THEN!!!" after I was done pouring this. Then why did she put it on the counter in the first place if this barista does not want customers to self-serve? Mixed messages, passive aggressive behavior, and clearly a young woman who has a lot to learn in this world about how not get fired and get your employer health and safety violations and fines. This barista, whomever she is, is a liability for this company. Because the operations team did not return my call with health concerns, the Health Department has been contacted.

Absolutely love this coffee shop. Natasha was a great first person to see on this beautiful day. So cozy and cute in there, always coming back! :)
