UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS ON GOOGLE! We went to the store and got there at 915 PM and your store was already closed even though your google hours show 10PM. Super frustrating.

Bought a frozen Ice cream cake. So tasty.
NOT open until 10pm “as advertised.” Wasted 30 minutes of my time when I could have gone somewhere else in the first place. UNprofessional management!
This has become a regular thing for my wife and I on the weekend, a medium size blizzard, trying out all the flavors.
Ice cream, a patio, and close access to one of the great bike paths in Fort Collins? Nothing else needs to be said!
I have gone there 2 times with horrible experience each time.. I feel horrible for the owner for leaving a review like this but the staff refuses to answer the phone so I can ask for a manager.. last night my husband and I went it at 8:40, I understand they close at 9 but that is still 20 minutes of them being open. The doors were locked at 8:40 with both workers staring at us through the window saying they were closed but clearly on the sign it says they were open till 9.. This location could be the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been too. I will not be wasting my time trying to go to the closest location to my house to enjoy a cone again..
Today at 7:15pm I came into Dairy queen and your employees tonight were awfully rude, I get a long day, I work in the customer service industry and I would never treat a customer the way my husband and I were treated.
My family went in at 8:49 and the store closed at 9, the lady taking our order was very rude by constantly looking at her watch, not asking if we needed help, trying to get us to order fast, while we figured out what we wanted! Will not being coming back here again!!!!
The Staff is almost as incredible as the ice cream. I would eat off those floors they are so clean. #betterthantcby
