My husband and both ordered the $40 "all you can eat" bbq, but within five minutes of the waitress bringing the multiple small dishes of raw meats and I knew I wasn't going to enjoy the experience. When the waitress returned, I told her that I changed my mind but she wouldn't let me! She said she "would get in trouble" for allowing me to change my order! It wouldn't have made a difference because all of the small dishes of food were "all you can eat," and since we had only just began, one person could have certainly eaten everything in front of us and ordered more. In fact, that's basically what happened. My husband placed multiple requests for more meats. I ate mostly the potstickers... but there's no way I ate $40 worth! Aside from fermented cabbage and pickled roots, there were NO vegetables at all. None. The grill was really slow to cook anything, and turning up the heat only caused everything to burn. The waitress informed us to keep the temperature low. The raw meats included pork, chicken and brisket. The brisket was sliced super thin and cooked down to a very small amount, but at least you could tell when it was cooked. The pork and chicken were actually somewhat thick... But there was no thermometer or timer or any way of knowing that the meat was cooked! It was really unappealing to me; Even though we technically had two orders, we were given only one set of tongs to move both raw and cooked meats. This is highly unsanitary! My husband fully indulged in everything and was sick for half of the night.Eat here at your own risk and your own expense. We would not recommend it and will not be going back.
All you can eat Korean BBQ! Other closest place is Denver exactly what you expect. No problems with service, we went during low traffic time so can't really speak to it but laid back.
Great fun. Super friendly and informative staff.
Got the all you can eat dinner and everything was tasty! I’ve had better Korean BBQ before, but for the price it was good. There was only one girl working when we were (5/31), I didn’t catch her name, but she was working hard and gave us great service!
Was very expensive. Had to cook own meat. On the table grill. Soup was water soup. And the sides were pickles. Not impressed. 3 of us ate for $119 and that was with no drinks. Waitress was so busy... not worth the expense!
Great food great service. Fun to go too. Really felt like I was in Korea. Don't forget the Soju. Welcome refreshment
Absolutely slaps. Ordered three entrees with some friends, got unlimited sides as a bonus. The galbee (beef short ribs) was to die for, the dae gee bulgogi (pork, with a bit of spice) was unbelievable. The dak bulgogi (chicken) I ordered just turned out fine - still pretty dang good, but just nowhere near as good as the other two entrees we had. Would perhaps recommend having them cook this for you, as it took forever for us to do it ourselves compared to the other meats, and it didn’t come out anywhere near as tasty. In general - great eats, a casual ‘n’ fun atmosphere, and an owner who lives up to the way he presents himself. Highly recommend giving them a shot.(Side note: one of my friends wants to commend them for having good taste, ‘cause they had One Piece playing on one of their TVs)
Dar Gee was ok, lunch special was smaller size, beef had stringy fat and was a little thicker than what I'm used to. Sides were nice, different varieties and the Kim Chee was very good. Staff was attentive and friendly. I didn't try their 3 different sauces but the dish had good flavors without bbq sauces
Was my first time eating Korean food. I really enjoyed it. Just trying something different was a plus for me. I would go their again. Had a really good time.Thank you
My son just got back from Korea and thought this B-B-Q place would be good. The servers and waitress were very accommodating and instructive, along with my son. In Korea, they dump hot coals in the pit, and lower a hood to vent the gasses. Here an electric grill is used. The food was good, my daughter in law was an experienced Philippine chef, cooked the meat. The candied onions were a favorite. The main draw back was the $38.00 per person price, a bit steep. But it was a very stimulating experience. We tried the chum-churum in a couple of flavors. Outstanding rice liquor. The Sapporo beer was also good.
