None of the baked goods are made in house…the muffins, brownies, and pastries are purchased from places like Costco and Sam’s. The owner is rude and demeaning. It’s extremely sad when she employs people expected to thrive off tips, but can’t even tip an appropriate amount herself. I wouldn’t recommend supporting this small local business when she doesn’t even value others who work and live in the community.Edit to respond to owner: I’m not sure what the question marks are in regards to, but ALL of this is factual. Try valuing those that help your business thrive.
I spend a lot of my time drinking coffee, and I really appreciate this place for the nice atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the great service. The owner is really cool and the ambiance of the space is really nice. Music always seems to be just the right volume, and the coffee and food are consistently great. This is the sort of special space in Fort Collins that I think more people should go out of their way to support.
Excellent atmosphere with fantastic coffee! Add a Consuelo's breakfast burrito and I'm good to go.

Always my go to when I'm in town. Perfect cup of coffee and flavor choices for all my moods. Atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Food has also been superb. I did not taste the big slice of chocolate cake but it was definitely tantalizing.
A great place to hang out with great drinks and friendly service. If you’re a regular, they’ll know your name pretty quickly. I’m a big fan of the loft they have
I have been a customer for 3 years. Sadly today was my last purchase, due to discrimination. I placed a pickup order (paid for online), and went in to pick it. I was told to wait outside in the cold because I did not have a mask on. Of course there were seated customers without masks on and *that's* perfectly acceptable, but how dare someone without a mask on stand near the front for all of a minute. Obviously any virus knows the difference between a seated mask-less person, and a standing one. ? There are plenty of other coffee shops in town not enforcing the baseless mask mandate - I will frequent them instead.

Staff were super nice and accommodating for all substitutes and additions. The coffee was delicious! I also ordered a bacon avocado lettuce sandwich which was a bit overpriced but very good.
Had lox bagel and it was good. It has spinach and bell pepper in it. Americano was good.
